I placed an order (as we had for a few years) for a 5th grade class gift (beach towels) and when they came up different than what we'd ordered, Carmen didnt hesitate to help make it right. you guys, when I say an owner did the right thing, I mean, he DID EVERYTHING to ensure we were happy, I never even got the chance to get upset because he held our issue with such regard, he didnt give me any room to be frustrated--he was so incredibly lovely! His team worked fast and IMMEDIATELY --and when I say immediately, I mean, we found out the order was wrong on a Wednesday and by FRIDAY we had an entirely new (and elevated) order, fully embroidered and ready to go.
