I had to go purchase replacements but the first attempted was no charge even for the correct ones, but right so. Odd that the proof was correct but the finished items were incorrect. I located replacement sweaters then we tried again. No proof this time. I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.

The hats that are offered by every other embroidery shops weren't offered here for some reason. The job included a set of male t-shirts and female tank tops. Initially, the project was moving along just fine. However, some issues needed to be ironed out regarding the tank-top. The white tanks were too sheer to be acceptable in white. I requested to see the product in two other colors available, light pink and light blue, to determine the contrast level between the ink and textile. This is a normal step in the determining accurate printing. I was told by the representative, Tom L., that he felt I as a customer would never be satisfied with the end product. Seriously? I'm placing an order for about 100 T's and Tom is concerned that I want to be as accurate as possible? What a joke. Tom told me that he did not want my project. I guess Topnotch Silkscreening is NOT concerned with attention to detail. Clearly, Topnotch is FAR from providing a top notch product. If you want a vendor that has little regard for high-end production standards, look no further.

When I notified my sales rep, he email me back with "Hopefully they can live with it." Which in an email, can be misinterpreted, but it was just off-putting and not the response I was looking for - plus it didn't seem professional. On the postive side, they were very accomodating and helpful, the sales rep was fairly good about getting back to me; I needed the shirts in a hurry and they did meet the deadline... (the reason for my 2 stars instead of just 1) They did try to make up for it however, in my opinion, it just wasn't enough and definitely not worth the hassle. I can't say in all honesty that I would go back to this place or recommend them to anyone.
