The worse! Tell you they'll complete the job during a certain timeframe and then forget about you completely. You'll call and call and have to refresh their memory every time. The job still won't be done in the timeframe they give you the second and third time! You'll call for the 3rd time and keep getting hung up on! Would not recommend! read more

I had one vendor put the wrong city on a jacket. I took it to them after removing the wrong city myself. They said it would be ready in a few days. A week later they hadn't even started it. I just needed nine letters added. a few days turned into ten. I asked for a refund. Initially, I brought in three jackets that retailed at $29. The embroidery I wanted was the same for each jacket and the quote was $150 each. Many of the embroidery vendors I use are retiring. I live in EP, so I was happy to find a place close by. I cannot support this business. My issue isn't so much the need (it's a summer jacket) but keeping your deadline / your word. My organization was looking for a new vendor and we will keep looking. The passive attitude about not meeting the agreed upon date(s) is a red flag for me. Also, I had to call them about the jacket rather than them call me after a few days. I work with pro athletes, non profits, I own my own publishing company, and I know many authors and clients that could have benefitted from their services as well as 600+ people at my regular job. That's a lot of money to leave on the table because of poor customer service. read more

I'm a firm believer in supporting small businesses. However, after this experience, I did not feel like a valued customer, and felt exceedingly disrespected. Came here with one very small item to be embroidered for a friend's gift. Was assured it would be ready 4 days later. I came back the afternoon of the due date (about an hour before they closed) and gave the man at the desk my receipt showing proof of payment. He went to the back room, and was gone about 10-15 minutes. Came out and he stated it wasn't done yet, and told me to come back in 45 minutes to an hour. I don't live close by, took off work early to ensure I would get there before they closed, and was heading out of town the following day to give the friend my gift, so I asked him was he sure it would be done--he said yes. Came back an hour later. The man went to the back again, and was gone for another 10-15 minutes. This time the lady that took my order--I believe the owner--came out, gave me the item and said a surly "good luck" (no "thanks for your patience", no "sorry for the delay"). She actually looked bothered/upset that I was there! I took a look at the finished product, quickly said thank you, and left (because I could feel my anger rising). It was obvious that: 1, my order was overlooked; 2, noting the error, they rushed to get it done that day; 3, the finished product was beyond poorly done. I apologized to my friend, because there was no way in hell I was giving her that gift. Luckily, I sought out another embroidery company (who was astonished and in disbelief by the finished product from this business); this company was not only able to fix the issues, but did so at a lower price. read more

My experience with this company has always been EXCELLENT! I recently placed an order to have several hats embroidered for my clothing brand. The staff is always pleasant and very accommodating with great communication. My hats were completed on time and at a very competitive price. I asked around for a local embroidery place on social media, and I was referred to Essential Creations. I took my high school jacket to them to be refurbished with new patches, updating the old ones, and they did a fabulous job. I immediately took another item to them for the same service, being that I was impressed with the success of my jacket. I would refer anyone and encourage them to use this service. I paid $16 upfront for my dog's name to be printed on both sides of her vest. It took almost 3 weeks, 3 store visits, 2 failed promises, 1 correction, and 1 reminder (when I didn't hear back) before the item was dropped off at my home. read more

Service was less than stellar. I placed an order and after a few emails back and forth with the owner, I was told that my order would be ready by Thursday. When I went to pick up my order, I was then told that because she was confused, my order was not completed and that they would be refunding my deposit and returning the shirts. While I appreciated the refund, I did not appreciate being told this the day before my event. The owner had my contact information and could have told me this so that I could have sought other arrangements. Instead, when we'd spoken earlier that day, she said my order would be ready by the time I dropped by that evening. Additionally, she did not extend the professional courtesy of telling me herself that the order was not ready as she supposedly was not on the premises. She had a younger, rude male employee tell me this. He also proceeded to tell me that "this small order does not fund this business" when offering a reason as to why they did not tell me in advance that my order would not be finished. I also found it really odd that a business would wait until the day an order was due to fill it. What if something comes up, as it did in this instance? I'm not a screenprinting professional, but this just does not make sense to me. The service was horrible and really disappointing. If this is the type of service Essential Creations provides, I am not sure how they have remained in business. read more

I had done business with the owner quiet a couple times before. Each time a little different then the rest. I tried to have her do a shirt for me for my birthday in July. We emailed a few times in between trying to get it together. The day before my birthday I received an email stating that she had a family emergency. No apologies...just that. I had heard nothing from Sandtricia again. Trying give her the benefit of the doubt due to the family emergency, I asked her to make another shirt for me for Christmas. I politely told her if she could not complete the shirt to let me know and I would find someone else because it was imperative I had the shirt. She took on the assignment. She also told me the shirt would be ready by Wednesday... Tuesday I had to call her because she hadn't even provided a sketch. She informed me that she had gone out of town. I couldn't understand why she would set a deadline so close knowing you had a personal affair. She then rushed the shirt design and came up with something that looked awful. I received that Wednesday morning. Not to mention she quoted me a price in which every time we talked went up. I just lost patience and ordered a shirt online for 1/3 of the price she was trying to charge. Never again. read more
