This was back in April.....it is now July. I knew I should've passed this place on by when I attempted to come here the first time.....I ended up waiting inside the shop for like a good 10 minutes and the place was totally empty! No one came out to greet me or anything...I ended up leaving and went to another shop....had a weird vibe from that place and decided to give this place another try. Big mistake. I was told there was an issue with my logo files (which is why the tablecloth didn't come out right the first time, which is why he promised me a replacement), and he told me he would see if his graphic designer could fix it (before he attempted to print the second tablecloth). He said he would get back to me, let me know how much she charges and we can go from there. Ok fine. Some weeks go by and I emailed him trying to see what was up with my logo and if it could be fixed. He said she couldn't fix it, but he was gonna have someone else take a look at it. At that point (because so much time had gone by), I told him if the tablecloth can't be done with the files I gave him, then I'd be ok with having some other work done that would equal the amount I already paid, or I'd simply take a refund. Another week or so goes by before he responds back and all he said was he'd give me a call once he got back in the office. That never happened. At that point, I was DONE. I called my bank, filed a claim, and cut off any more communication with him. He tried to call me when I'm sure he seen that chargeback on his account, but I refused to answer the phone because there was absolutely nothing else to talk about. I'm so over these businesses with crappy customer service! Now I'm stuck with a tablecloth I can't use and I ended up having to pay someone else to make me a tablecloth. Please read the reviews about this business before you give them your money! It's a shame that it's not even the quality of the work that makes this place bogus.....it's the way issues are being handled that's gonna drive the customers away. With school starting next week, I searched for a local shirt printing shop instead of an online shirt printing business to avoid potential delays in shipping. Skokie Printing not only accepted my t-shirt printing request, they also graciously cleaned up the image I wanted without me asking or realizing it had to be. I've never ordered shirts to be printed until now, so I don't know much about it. I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later. And this is to no fault of the artist who designed the graphic for me. I must've done something unknowingly after I received the file. I'm thankful for Jonathan's initiative and professionalism.
