I…read morespecifically gave the address and specific department and even called the day before to verify all the information I gave. They still couldn't get it right. Hours went by without the flowers being found. I had to call several departments speaking to different people just to locate the flowers myself and then beg a facility receptionist to help. They ended up calling maintenance to drive a cart to take it to the right department which was an entire block away. This flower shop also needs to keep Joann away from new clients. At first, she comes across friendly but that wears off very quickly. She gets extremely rude, sarcastic and impatient. When I called the day before my delivery to confirm the details, she picked up very annoyed and ran me off the phone saying "I have it all down correct now stop calling!" Aside from the terrible customer service, I wouldn't have felt the need to write a negative review if they had just dropped off the flowers where I asked and tried to confirm several times.     Never order with this company! Flowers were delivered LATE and to the WRONG house. We thought it…read morewas abnormal that the flowers hadn't arrived by 3pm, we called the company and they said they "hadn't checked the online orders for the day." Flowers still weren't received by 6pm. We called and they gave us the address they delivered them to, which was incorrect from the invoice address we gave them. There response was to go get the flowers from the house they delivered them to and they would issue a refund. When we retrieved the flowers they were flowers 100% not worth the price we paid. We looked online and the bouquet we ordered was not the one we received. I have attached pictures of the bouquet we ordered from the website and the one we received. Clearly they just threw something together to get it out the door since they had not checked the online orders for that day.

I placed an online order about a week ago through Proflowers.com. This was meant to be a Mother's Day gift from my kids to their Grandma. I requested delivery to be either Saturday or Sunday, either one would have been fine. Didn't want to be picky since I know holidays tend to be busy. Saturday came & went...Nothing. On Sunday, I received an email confirmation at 1:14pm saying that my flowers have been delivered to its recipient. My kiddies were so happy! We waited 30 min...1 hour...still no phone call from my mom. I finally gave her a ring, and casually hinted her to open the front door and look around..Still nothing! Not only is the surprise now ruined, these flowers are nowhere to be found! I couldn't believe it. Did they deliver to the wrong house? I called customer service right away. After being on hold forever, I finally reached a live agent who told me that the flower shop must have sent the confirmation accidentally, that deliveries can take up til 8pm on holidays. What?! OK. Mother's Day will practically be over by the time this delivery is made. I was livid. What makes matters worse, this arrangement did not arrive to my mom's house until 5:30pm...and it was HORRIBLE! I paid over $105 for these flowers, which were supposed to consist mostly of red roses, lilies, and iris flowers. What they sent did not look even remotely similar to what I ordered (Refer to photos). Seems like they just threw together anything they had left at the last minute. My mom counted the roses in her assortment..they only gave her 3 white ones. REALLY?! Most of the flowers they included were cheaper ones...and all yellow, which happens to be my mom's least favorite color. Of course I had to call the Proflowers.com customer service again to let them know the kind of work this flower shop does. I even offered to send photos. Funny thing is, the agent didn't sound surprised at all, which tells me that this kind of thing must happen all the time. I am thankful Proflowers.com did not make a fuss about refunding my $$, but when it comes down to it, the blame falls totally on this flower shop. Why accept an online order that you obviously didn't have the right flowers to fulfill? Oh I get it, probably figured since it was a holiday, thought you could get away with putting anything together, collect the $$, and be done with it. Bad business buyer beware!! I would totally leave zero stars if that were an option. Guess the one star goes to Proflowers.com for making things right...but I will probably not use them again either, since they are contracted with florists like this.
