I've been using Image Plus for embroidering my logo on my company shirts for about 8 years. Even though their customer service skills seemed mediocre at best, the end product was exactly what I was looking for, however that seemed to changed each time I had more work done. Occasionally, I'd show up and one of the secondary colors of our logo would be wrong. I'd ask about it and there was always an excuse why and we just dealt with it. This last time I had a decent size order and the main color of our logo was wrong. My company logo is my branding and I feel it is important to get the colors right. The logos just looked bad and there's nothing I can do about it. All of those shirts cost me a lot of money and now I'm stuck with ugly logos on them. What's worse is that they really don't seem to care. We pointed out that they were incorrect and showed him the previous color from one of our previous shirts which are clearly different that the ones he did! He ened up giving us a significant discount, however, in my opinion, paying anything at all for work that is this wrong is too much. Plus I'm still out the money on the shirts! That was my latest issue with them, but my biggest annoyance with them over the past 8 years is that NOT ONCE did they EVER have the work done by the day they said they would. At first, I would show up on the day they said it would be done by and it always turned out that they didn't even start it yet! I only made this mistake a couple times before I started calling them first. When I would call they would say they needed a few more days and give me a new date. I would head over on the new date and many times they still wouldn't be done. I only made this mistake once and eventually realized you ALWAYS need to call them first until they actually say "yes, they're done" otherwise your wasting your time! Their customer service skills are just simply quite poor. Maybe it's just because I'm a small business owner and not a school or bigger organization having very large orders? The ONLY reason I have continued to put up with them for so long was because it costs a decent amount of money to have your logo/image digitized in order to have something embroidered. Every time I needed more items embroidered, I just didn't have the time to look for a new place and I didn't want to pay more upfront digitizing fees. My mistake. Well, that changes today! Not only did I get them, but they took my very high level direction and completely exceeded my expectations, taking our ideas into something super fun--even though it was a rush order. While Image Plus has good quality products for affordable prices, they are not so good with customer service. The two times I've worked with them, they didn't contact me when my items were ready, I even had to call them repeatedly to get a person on the phone. I left messages and was not contacted back. The most recent issue when my fiance and I placed an order for wedding favors, gave them the image, asked if he had any questions before we left. We went to pick them up (after I had to call to see if they were ready), brought them home and they all had the wrong date on them. Not just the day or the month wrong.... the wrong year. When we called to alert them of the situation, the man on the phone was not apologetic at all. He just told us to bring them in and he would fix them, but really? Messing up wedding favors a week and a half before the event? Even if there was confusion, he couldn't have called and asked me? And even if he had thought about... who ordered wedding favors over a year in advance? So, good quality products, for good prices, but make sure to check your stuff BEFORE you leave their office! read more
