We just received shirts from Image Plus; some embroidered and screen printed shirts. We are very satisfied with the quality of the material and work put into what we wanted. They came out exactly how we expected them to. The overall price was very competitive and we received our order right on time. We are definitely looking to use Image Plus again! Was there for fingerprinting services. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected and left me uncomfortable enough that I do not plan to return to this location. Upon arrival, the facility did not initially appear to be a professional business location. The parking arrangement and exterior setup were confusing and made it difficult to determine where I was supposed to go. Once inside the building, I found the lobby and common areas to be noticeably unclean and in need of maintenance. The overall condition of the property did not create a professional impression. The building layout was also confusing. The signage referenced both Suite 1 and Suite 100, and the business appeared to occupy space on multiple levels. After reading the instructions posted on the door, I called the number listed as directed. It was only about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. The representative instructed me to wait in my vehicle and then meet him at the entrance. I misunderstood those instructions, as I assumed that by the time I walked back to my vehicle and returned to the door, my appointment time would have arrived. As a result, I remained near the entrance rather than returning to my car. When the representative arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt rather than simply clarifying the process. While I recognize the confusion was unintentional, the interaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Once inside the office, my concerns about the professionalism of the location continued. There were no other employees present, the office itself appeared unclean, and communication throughout the appointment was minimal. Additionally, the representative's pants zipper was unfastened during the interaction, which was awkward and further contributed to what already felt like an unprofessional environment. Taken together, the condition of the office, the lack of professionalism, and the overall interaction did not inspire confidence in the services being provided. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below what I would expect from a vendor providing fingerprinting services. Between the confusing location, the condition of the building, the poor customer interaction, and the overall lack of professionalism, I would not return to this location and would neverrecommend it to others. read more

I contacted Ron for a last minute shirt I needed for Halloween and he responded immediately and was able to get it done the next morning. Only took a few minutes because he already had the print ready when I got there. Pricing was very reasonable also. This will be my go to shop! read more

Very unfriendly and unprofessional for fingerprinting services as the owner said, "We only make $3 on this, so it's almost not even worth it." No sense of warmth or genuine concern for what I needed. When I tried calling the place for information about the fingerprinting, they hung up and sent me to voicemail. Wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever read more

I've been using Image Plus for embroidering my logo on my company shirts for about 8 years. Even though their customer service skills seemed mediocre at best, the end product was exactly what I was looking for, however that seemed to changed each time I had more work done. Occasionally, I'd show up and one of the secondary colors of our logo would be wrong. I'd ask about it and there was always an excuse why and we just dealt with it. This last time I had a decent size order and the main color of our logo was wrong. My company logo is my branding and I feel it is important to get the colors right. The logos just looked bad and there's nothing I can do about it. All of those shirts cost me a lot of money and now I'm stuck with ugly logos on them. What's worse is that they really don't seem to care. We pointed out that they were incorrect and showed him the previous color from one of our previous shirts which are clearly different that the ones he did! He ened up giving us a significant discount, however, in my opinion, paying anything at all for work that is this wrong is too much. Plus I'm still out the money on the shirts! That was my latest issue with them, but my biggest annoyance with them over the past 8 years is that NOT ONCE did they EVER have the work done by the day they said they would. At first, I would show up on the day they said it would be done by and it always turned out that they didn't even start it yet! I only made this mistake a couple times before I started calling them first. When I would call they would say they needed a few more days and give me a new date. I would head over on the new date and many times they still wouldn't be done. I only made this mistake once and eventually realized you ALWAYS need to call them first until they actually say "yes, they're done" otherwise your wasting your time! Their customer service skills are just simply quite poor. Maybe it's just because I'm a small business owner and not a school or bigger organization having very large orders? The ONLY reason I have continued to put up with them for so long was because it costs a decent amount of money to have your logo/image digitized in order to have something embroidered. Every time I needed more items embroidered, I just didn't have the time to look for a new place and I didn't want to pay more upfront digitizing fees. My mistake. Well, that changes today! I'm going to find another company starting today. read more

Terrible customer service for fingerprinting. Cold and unwelcoming. Absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever.

Oh my lanta. Called trying to pull a "Hail Mary" to get some shirts on a rush order. Not only did I get them, but they took my very high level direction and completely exceeded my expectations, taking our ideas into something super fun--even though it was a rush order. I do fun stuff like this all the time and will now never go somewhere else. And--they personalize all kinds of stuff (not just shirts). Goodbye Zazzle!!! Hello ImagePlus! read more

I've worked with Image Plus twice. Both times they missed the agreed upon deadline and have terrible customer service. The work completed was okay at best. read more

If you are looking to have t-shirts made, or apparel embroidered...look no farther. Image Plus in Downers Grove is awesome! I have delt with Ron each time. His great customer service and attention to detail has helped my items a success. His suggestions are ones I had not thought of and, quite honestly, he makes me look good to my peers and the recipients of the apparel. read more

Went here for fingerprinting thru Fieldprint required for a job. Confusing at best as far as signage and where to go. Customer service and attitude needs improvement. read more

While Image Plus has good quality products for affordable prices, they are not so good with customer service. The two times I've worked with them, they didn't contact me when my items were ready, I even had to call them repeatedly to get a person on the phone. I left messages and was not contacted back. The most recent issue when my fiance and I placed an order for wedding favors, gave them the image, asked if he had any questions before we left. We went to pick them up (after I had to call to see if they were ready), brought them home and they all had the wrong date on them. Not just the day or the month wrong.... the wrong year. When we called to alert them of the situation, the man on the phone was not apologetic at all. He just told us to bring them in and he would fix them, but really? Messing up wedding favors a week and a half before the event? Even if there was confusion, he couldn't have called and asked me? And even if he had thought about... who ordered wedding favors over a year in advance? So, good quality products, for good prices, but make sure to check your stuff BEFORE you leave their office! read more
