    Terrible customer service for fingerprinting. Cold and unwelcoming. Absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever.

    I started, what I would consider, a fairly easy vehicle wrap/lettering project with them on 12/19…read moreand as of 1/10, I ended the process, with nothing other than a quote to show for my efforts. Design issues: I visited once, had 2 phone calls and at least 3 emails with their designer Eric. 98% of his first proof, had nothing to do with what he was to be designing for me. There were specific areas of the vehicle to be wrapped or lettered, which were incorrect. Incorrect info, fonts, design etc. I was promised a revised proof on 12/31. I emailed on 1/6 asking about it, I was told "I am almost wrapped up, lets chat for a few minutes this afternoon, and then I will have a proof tomorrow morning, if not today." Today and tomorrow came and went. I emailed after the end of business 1/8 to find out why I was not even contacted after he failed to supply me anything on the morning of the 7th. He apologized for not contacting me on the 8th ...something about the day getting away from him, to which I replied, he should be contacting me on the 7th, the day he promised me a proof. Still no proof on the 9th or 10th for some reason ... Payment issues?: So the "accounting department" called me on 12/18 looking for money, before I even had a quote. I thought that was really odd, since I was still in the decision making process as to whether I would even hire these guys. We talked for 15 minutes, as I was trying to understand why I was being asked for money, to which she replied a couple times "I am just the person that takes the money". We agreed finally, that a quote should be given, although I did give my payment info over the phone. After I accepted their quote, I was called by Leanne, for my payment info again. I thought that was odd, as I just gave it to accounting a day earlier. Oddly, I also was cc'd on an email, between Leanne and Eric, her telling him to make sure I paid before doing work or doing more work, to which I replied, I did not put a limit on what I paid, that they have my payment info to charge as needed to just get the job done. Well, I was contacted another 4 times regarding further design work payment. At some point I was told by Eric, of an "open tab", which at no point, did anyone else give me that option. I was apparently tasked with paying $120 per hour, and needed some sort of magical approval after each hour? I was never explained why I was contacted 7 times for payment, which I gave twice at the onset. *See update* If you need more excuses and hassle in your life, these are the guys for you! UPDATE 1/27 After I informed Leanne that I no longer wanted them to produce my vehicle graphics, I assumed I would be getting my deposit refunded, especially since their performance issues led to this. She informed me that I did pay for design work and no refund would be issued. Well, per my review above, the proof I got was almost entirely unusable ...I gave her a couple days to reconsider. Once I still saw no refund, I called again to make sure she knew of the bungling by the design department. At this point, I am feeling like they are stealing from me. She continued to defend her position, also stating that there was more design work completed. (attached) I had 2 designs we were trying to get mocked up, and below was one of them. What do you think? Initially, I compromised and told here I would forward their work to another company, and if they could use any of it, I would not not ask for a refund. The other design was just as basic, so I simply see little work done and no value in what design work was completed in the 1 hour and 45 minutes they are claiming. IMO they should just include design work in the final product. If I am to be paying by the hour, then I should be making sure they are working on the right thing? After Leanne saw I had left a review, she threatened me twice, through email and another bribe/threat email telling me she would refund my money if I removed my review. At no point was there an apology, or any effort on her end to even try to understand my point of view, which is simply a customer needing a service. I am not here to understand her business or why she runs it the way she does. BTW, I was finally told days later that they do not keep payment info. So the 4 emails asking me for payment, that I was replying with "you have my cc info" (which I actually initially emailed to her) were ignored? Their follow up emails never said they didn't have my payment info, so that they could continue work ...so apparently, I am to blame for not knowing.

    Leanne and the team were great to work with. I got prices from 3 other vendors and she beat them…read moreall on her first bid for the job. I have used them for a-frame signs, banners, awning replacement and our electrical sign on the building front. She also did some lettering to do a custom job behind our host stand in the restaurant.
