They the "rushed"orders and sent apparel out with the screen print peeling off. I was told by the owner he would fix the apparel with logos peeling off. After promising to fix damaged apparel he ignored me and never sent out any new apparel to the PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Note to any small businesses out there , do not use this company!!! They do high schools etc if you aren't placing huge orders they will treat you awful and like you're a nobody. The owner of this company does not care at all about you unless you're a big highschool or organization. The job included a set of male t-shirts and female tank tops. Initially, the project was moving along just fine. However, some issues needed to be ironed out regarding the tank-top. The white tanks were too sheer to be acceptable in white. I requested to see the product in two other colors available, light pink and light blue, to determine the contrast level between the ink and textile. This is a normal step in the determining accurate printing. I was told by the representative, Tom L., that he felt I as a customer would never be satisfied with the end product. Seriously? I'm placing an order for about 100 T's and Tom is concerned that I want to be as accurate as possible? What a joke. Tom told me that he did not want my project. I guess Topnotch Silkscreening is NOT concerned with attention to detail. Clearly, Topnotch is FAR from providing a top notch product. If you want a vendor that has little regard for high-end production standards, look no further.

When I notified my sales rep, he email me back with "Hopefully they can live with it." Which in an email, can be misinterpreted, but it was just off-putting and not the response I was looking for - plus it didn't seem professional. On the postive side, they were very accomodating and helpful, the sales rep was fairly good about getting back to me; I needed the shirts in a hurry and they did meet the deadline... (the reason for my 2 stars instead of just 1) They did try to make up for it however, in my opinion, it just wasn't enough and definitely not worth the hassle. Products come back smelling like cigar smoke, communication…read moreis all over the place, deadlines are missed, mock-ups are not closely followed, and they sneakily try to cut corners to save themselves money while charging their customers full price regardless. some examples my business partner ran into: -the plastisol ink on her garments wasn't cured properly leaving it sticky, cracking, or in extreme cases pieces of the design flaking off. -Another time they completely skipped a black ink layer on a design thinking it would go unnoticed because it was printed on a black garment, but the black ink layer was included in the price estimate. -Another time a few garments were poorly printed missing several layers of a design and when they were brought back to be fixed even the re-do's were all messed up. The final straw leading us to feeling we had no choice but to forewarn anyone else looking to do business with triangle was the last order that was placed that came back looking nothing like the original mock-up design. When Angie called to have the final design approved, she sent a blurry picture of the design printed on a folded t-shirt which made it appear they would be printing it at the bottom of the garment which is how the design was supposed to be placed, but when it was picked up from the shop the workers just threw the boxes in her trunk without showing her, and it wasn't until she got home that she realized how wrong the placement/ sizing of the design truly was. It was smack dab in the middle of the hoodie, and completely resized from the initial design. Not only that, but she approved a 14x 14" design and this was even smaller than that with ink cracks throughout. when asked how the issue could be resolved, Angie offered 0 resolution and gaslit the entire situation making their mistake out to be my business partners problem. This company doesn't do quality control on their embroidery or their screen printing projects, and does not take customer feedback seriously whatsoever. When we tried to explain to Angie over the phone what issues we had with the last batch of mistake products, she was completely apathetic, offered zero resolution, and even was so rude as to say the way the design was meant to be would've "looked stupid", which, in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and has nothing to do with the task at hand. They aren't the designers, they are the printers. Basically, if you want to waste your hard earned money on messed up products delivered later than expected with poor customer service/ communication from start to finish, go ahead and give this place a shot but I'd highly recommend going literally anywhere else if you're looking for a quality job with attention to detail. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Upon arrival, the facility did not initially appear to be a professional business location. The parking arrangement and exterior setup were confusing and made it difficult to determine where I was supposed to go. Once inside the building, I found the lobby and common areas to be noticeably unclean and in need of maintenance. The overall condition of the property did not create a professional impression. The building layout was also confusing. The signage referenced both Suite 1 and Suite 100, and the business appeared to occupy space on multiple levels. After reading the instructions posted on the door, I called the number listed as directed. It was only about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. The representative instructed me to wait in my vehicle and then meet him at the entrance. I misunderstood those instructions, as I assumed that by the time I walked back to my vehicle and returned to the door, my appointment time would have arrived. As a result, I remained near the entrance rather than returning to my car. When the representative arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt rather than simply clarifying the process. While I recognize the confusion was unintentional, the interaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Once inside the office, my concerns about the professionalism of the location continued. There were no other employees present, the office itself appeared unclean, and communication throughout the appointment was minimal. Additionally, the representative's pants zipper was unfastened during the interaction, which was awkward and further contributed to what already felt like an unprofessional environment. Taken together, the condition of the office, the lack of professionalism, and the overall interaction did not inspire confidence in the services being provided. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below what I would expect from a vendor providing fingerprinting services. Between the confusing location, the condition of the building, the poor customer interaction, and the overall lack of professionalism, I would not return to this location and would neverrecommend it to others.
