I don't even understand what I did wrong? I had placed an order for invitations, 45 in English and 80 in Spanish, promised it could get done by Wednesday. I didn't hear back from them I decided to check on the status only for them to say that it was ready. No problem, i went to pick it up and absolutely loved everything. When I got home though I realized that he may have flipped the numbers. After counting I not only realized I was missing 7 invites but that I got the order flipped around. I called them back for them to tell me possibly tomorrow but at the earliest, Monday. I'm not one of those people but it didn't feel like he cared so much that my order was wrong, making it seem that it wasn't important to him to fix the mistake they made. Over the phone he became aggressive and agitated over me simply asking him if there was more he could do, whether it be to offer a discount or actually try to prioritize them tomorrow. I felt like because he had bigger orders to take care of, compared to mine which was smaller, he didn't feel the need to make me a priority or someone he had to take care of. He told me to be realistic and went on to say that my invites didn't need to be sent out next week, which wasn't in his place to say. And then said to just bring his invites back so he could give me my money back. I explained that I loved the work but I didn't feel like he was making an effort in recognizing that he had messed up my order, I wasn't trying to cancel the order. In his words, "I didn't mess up the order I messed up the quantity". How that isn't messing up? After realizing how unprofessional he was being I decided to just give him his invitations back.
I rather much take my money and wait longer then have to deal with the sort of unprofessionalism I dealt with today. They may do good work but service also matters, and that's a department they don't care about. I promise you, you're better off going somewhere else, none of this was necessary. read more
