This company is TERRIBLE. Run, do not walk away…read more 1. I had to hound their salesmen to even send me the contract. That should have been my first sign to go elsewhere. 2. They supposedly sent my permit application to the wrong village. I ended up doing all of the paperwork and paying for it with the village - only to find that the "permit procurement" fee was still on my final invoice. 3. My salesman left the company and my contract seemed to have slipped through the cracks. I don't blame a company for one error, it was the way they handled it after that shows how seriously disorganized they are. 4. I had to call them, repeatedly, to get updates. At one point I was told my sign would be in by Friday. When I called THEM the next week to find out where my sign was I was told it was "backordered". How can this be if they just told me it would be installed? The owner then told me the parts had never even been ordered. 5. The sign was finally installed - but not the lights - because they were backordered. Eventually I got the whole thing. It was THREE months from when I signed the contract until the sign was installed. The people were uncommunicative and not helpful. Do NOT use these people if you want to actually have a sign by the time you open your company!
