I show up and he has another guy working for him which is fine. The new guy went up on the price by $50. I was originally quoted $300. I agreed to pay the $350 and Was told that this guy has been detailing for 22 years yet my vehicle wasn't even half way detailed. All I can tell was the carpet was shampooed. Debris was still in my storage arm rest, my cup holder, my entire vehicle was smeared as if the wax wasn't all the way wiped on, water stains all over, sun visions still dirty, entire ceiling on vehicle still with debris. The guy who did the work texted me wanting me to come right away to get the vehicle as he was ready to leave at 2pm. Business hours state this place closes at 5pm. I told hike to leave the key in the car and I would get there asap. I also sent him a $50 tip via zelle and paid through zelle. I contacted the owner immediately and he told me the same guy would fix the issues next Monday which is a week later. I told him I was no longer comfortable with the employee and the Owner said to bring it back and he had one hour. No thank you, one hour to redo my entire car? no thanks. Asked for a partial refund and got the I'll send a check. Check still hasn't arrived 20 days later. Called yesterday and Owner said he's in Florida and hasn't had The time to write the check yet and he then blocked me.

My rear bumper itself was not damaged but the paint was peeling off and the bottom plastic-like part had a big crack in it. I dropped it off with Dan at Dan's Auto Body shop in Mokena off 191st. Because the bumper wasn't damaged he was able to keep it but repaint it. I literally just need to say wow! It looks like brand new. He did an excellent job repainting it. I was in awe. He also, installed the new black molded plastic piece at the bottom. His work is exceptional and also affordable. I was being charge 5x as much. Every place (3 in all) that I went to all claimed I had to have a new bumper and there was nothing wrong with my bumper at all. When Dan looked at my car and under the bumper he said we don't have to replace it, it is in good shape. I can just repaint it. His turn around time was not super long like other places were going to be too. If someone is looking for excellent work with a reliable and honest owner!
