The first thought that came to mind is how to protect this beauty. I found Ryan's Midwest shop and went to visit him as I like supporting local businesses. I discovered in short time that Ryan is a car enthusiast and that he deeply cares about the quality of his work. He gave me genuine advice and explained all my options. Ryan showed great professionalism and attention to details. This was obvious from inspecting other cars at his shop. I knew my car would be in great hands and that Ryan will treat it like his own car. I wasn't disappointed. I later came back for some paint correction as I got my car scratched and he helped me remove most of it in short time and at a great price. Ryan is communicative and pleasant to talk to so do your self a favor and go see Ryan!

The front was…read moretotaled - hood crumpled; passenger side door stuck shut; all lights destroyed; frame bent; radiator dented; and much, much more. Somehow, I wasn't hurt and managed to drive away from that. I got my car to Hoppel Auto Body. I gave them my insurance information and that was it. They took the ball and ran with it. They made their estimate and had the insurance company out to make theirs. Of course the insurance company came in a bit lower and that is because they wanted to use cheap, used parts. Hoppel was an advocate for me, recognizing that I take good care of my car and it being fairly new (2014 Malibu), he insisted on new parts. Anyway, they hashed everything out with the insurance company and even made my deductible disappear. So, the parts were ordered and the car was fixed. All along the way, I got phone calls with status updates. It was a pretty quick process and I got the car back perfect. You cannot tell that the car was in an accident in any way. Overall, this was a great experience. I recommend Hoppel Auto Body to everyone in need.
