WORST SERVICE OFFERED!!!!!…read more I called their customer service to make an appointment for a Friday (1 week after call date). The technician called the Thursday before saying he's headed to my stated location. I informed the technician that my appointment was Friday, not Thursday. After listening to him curse his company he hung up. I called Friday to get an ETA of when the technician was due and he said he would call his company because I was not on his work order for the day. After receiving NO call I called them and customer service then informed me it was an error on their part and would be another 2weeks before someone could come install my windshield. WORST SERVICE.... They've now lost a customer and had a bad Yelp review. Hope they're happy.....
