The front was…read moretotaled - hood crumpled; passenger side door stuck shut; all lights destroyed; frame bent; radiator dented; and much, much more. Somehow, I wasn't hurt and managed to drive away from that. I got my car to Hoppel Auto Body. I gave them my insurance information and that was it. They took the ball and ran with it. They made their estimate and had the insurance company out to make theirs. Of course the insurance company came in a bit lower and that is because they wanted to use cheap, used parts. Hoppel was an advocate for me, recognizing that I take good care of my car and it being fairly new (2014 Malibu), he insisted on new parts. Anyway, they hashed everything out with the insurance company and even made my deductible disappear. So, the parts were ordered and the car was fixed. All along the way, I got phone calls with status updates. It was a pretty quick process and I got the car back perfect. You cannot tell that the car was in an accident in any way. Overall, this was a great experience. I recommend Hoppel Auto Body to everyone in need.

I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Great guys, AND affordable prices that equals the quality of services when you need an all in one! Acme Auto Parts Inc. left a great first and last impression. Robert was the great guy that assisted me. I had a broken passenger window due to attempted car theft, and Robert was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. We played phone tag for about a week or so due to my busy schedule but Robert was always so willing to work around the chaotic schedule. Finally, I was able to have the work done and it took about an hour. Fast and efficient! The mechanics understood the assignment and handled everything perfectly and correctly. I was able to get in and out without an issue, and still was able to do the rest of my errands right before picking my kid from school. The establishment was well maintained and a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was surprisingly clean due to all the testosterone lol! Good stuff fellas!!
