So I've had a long history with Stans... Not sure how they currently price their used parts, but back in H.S. they were super cheap and the parts were good - used, little dirty, but good. When I got in a wreck a couple weeks back, Stan's was the tow company that ended up picking up and storing my car. They did a good job wrapping my car because my windows were down during the accident. So good in fact that it was moderately difficult trying to actually get into it when I went to pick up my belongings. I don't think it rained in the 2 days they had it before I was able to get my stuff, but I don't think anything would have been wet or damaged inside. Picking up my belongings was fairly easy except for the tow release charges incurred by the PD. I don't know why I'd need a tow release JUST to get my stuff out of the car... it's not like I'm taking the whole car. Anyway though, all my belongings were safe and sound, nothing missing and they gave me plenty of time to get everything out including my stereo system and the dozen or so yards of related wiring.
