They told her she has to take it to this facility to get it fixed. They had the car for 7 days and finally looked at it at the close if business the 6th day. Wouldn't give my daughter a quote because every time she asked for one they said it could be something different and gave het a ridiculously high price. Emissions testing facility said change the EGR valve which was changed. Now ACS II wants to keep changing a bunch of parts till they finally accidentally change the correct one because they don't know WTF they're doing. First estimate was under $300 and last one was $1000+. my daughter told them not to fix it and just wanted her car back. Charged her $138 diagnostic fee. When they returned her car the check engine light was on, wasn't on when she dropped it off for repairs. They wanted another $138 to tell her why the check engine light is on. She wisely told them you don't know what you're doing and just left.
