I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work…read more I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.
