I attempted to contact the facility a couple times after the incident just to make sure it wasn't chemicals or anything in the water sprayed in my face (because my eyes were burning on the drive on way home) I finally got in touch with someone and after explaining I got sprayed in the face the employee on the phone was condescending, rude and just not polite. He says "okayyyyyyy" and "well it was an accident so...." But I didn't call to complain or report I just wanted to know if it was chemicals in the water .....he dismissed me and treated me like I'm not a member of the carwash . No empathy or understanding just total condescending and flat out rude . I was understanding and accepting that it was accident before I called back ....so no need for that type of tone of voice... membership will be cancelled. I understand mistakes happen . I even understand that parts are sometimes broken and need to be replaced, it's been MULTIPLE time when the tire shine doesn't work or the vacuum isn't working properly! I can't under disrespect and I will not spend a dime somewhere that doesn't have simple empathy or decency for other human beings !

Not only are they very good at their job they are also environmentally conscious. These guys are hard working and very sweet. They always do a great job every time. The location is right off of the main road easy entry and they have 2 lanes for easier access. They truly care. I can't stand the blue fragrance, and they remember that. It's the little things that matter the most. They have all kinds of better smelling scents to hide in your car to make it sooo great. They also have a monthly plan which is a lot cheaper than going once a week each month. I would definitely recommend this place for you and your cars. Wash cycles were supposed to get the rest taken care of. Result was a decent clean but the car still had suds all over the driver side. Wheel cleaning and tire shine didn't really work too well, just kinda left a big mess. Dryers seemed okay but the track stopped before going all the way through so they didn't make the full drying cycle. Definitely had better washes but, workers were great.

Was told by cocky man with short dark hair, multiple tattoos and dangling cigarette that my request was not available, even though I would have paid extra. I was informed that I could do my own vacuuming for free; I informed the attendant that I am disabled and cannot do that and he shrugged. I paid with a credit card and got no receipt or frequent-use stamp. I was given attitude because I insisted on the towel-dry, but at least they did it, albeit reluctantly. Never have I been treated so poorly at this establishment and I will no longer bring my vehicles there or refer my friends.
