GREAT COMMUNICATION, EXCELLENT RESULTS, EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. I brought home a 2007 Yamaha personal watercraft from a freshwater lake in Northern Alabama. The Yamaha dealer in Panama City serviced it and said that as a freshwater ski, it was mechanically better than many of the 2020 models they see in for service. That said, it came with a layer of lake scum and some fine, white overspray that made it look much older than its actual age. I mainly wanted to get rid of the lake scum, the overspray, the Alabama registration numbers, the underlying glue residue, and the "ghost shadows" left by the previous registration numbers and stickers. Millers Mobile Detailing was able to do all of this, and much more. The photos attached show the Alabama registration insignia, as well as the new Florida numbers. What they can't adequately reveal is just how much of a dramatic difference the detailing job made in the ski's overall appearance. The gelcoat now looks like black porcelain, and most of the fine scratches from its history of beaching have been eliminated. Working with Millers was an easy, affordable, and rewarding experience, and I look forward to using them for my cars as well. I found them to be quick, responsive, and attentive to my needs. I randomly found this business while looking for detailers in the area and I'm glad I did. I was able to schedule my vehicle within a week after calling. Fortunately I got a "fall special" which included the engine; nice surprise. Never had a car detailed in my life and I was so excited! I think the messiest parts of my car were long hairs caught in the carpeting, dust on the dashboard, and Cheez-It crumbs all over the seats/floor from the grandkids. I called and set up an appointment for the detailing of the truck. When I called and set up the appointment, I asked if they treated leather with detailing. I was told leather is included with interior detailing and the exterior car wash came free with interior detailing. I drop my car off for my 8 am appointment at 7:45 am great. I received a text at 11:30 am stating my car would be ready for pick up at 12:30 pm. I arrived at 12:40 pm when I noticed the bottom of my truck was dirty. When I went inside to pay I made the gentleman aware he stated "I will have someone wipe it off." Then I proceeded to ask him to open the doors so I could look at the work that was done. All my seats have crumbs noted in them the whole purpose of asking about the treatment of the leather. I made the gentleman aware of my concerns he stated" I am not sure how that happened it should have come out with the treatment of the leather. The gentleman asked me to take a seat, and they would pull the car in to fix it, which would only take ten minutes. The gentleman did give me a 10% discount but the amount of money I paid for a detail should have been reviewed before my arrival. Also, if treating leather is not a service they offer that should have been explained to me at the beginning. When they took my car back in they just vacuumed the seats, there is no way it was treated in 10 minutes. read more

Miller's Auto Detailing was able to make us an appointment within a day of us calling. Our SUV was stinky and full of dog hair. They called us after we dropped the vehicle off and communicated that it would cost us more to remove the excessive dog hair. We understood as we knew there was lots of dog hair that had accumulated. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Rob (shop manager), explained that he wasn't going to charge us the extra fee for the excessive dog hair because he was unable to get it all out. The vehicle looked amazing and we understood that no one would ever be able to get every single dog hair strand out. Rob said he stood by his work and wasn't going to charge us extra if it wasn't perfect. I appreciate that type of work ethic and honesty. I ended up paying the fee anyway because him and his workers deserved it! He even offered to vacuum it out again for free in the next few days if we were not totally satisfied. We will definitely being giving them our business in the future and would recommend them to anyone! read more

I had my work truck detailed at Miller's this week and WOW! It's like a new truck! Even the engine compartment is spotless. They waxed the exterior and were able to buff out 90% of the minor scuffs and scratches. With the recent rains, the water just rolls off. The truck looks great inside and out. The shop is well organized and squeaky clean. It's conveniently located, just off of Route 41 and just North of Highway 30. The service is friendly and professional. If you are thinking of selling your vehicle, this is an investment that will more than pay for itself - Or maybe just treat yourself.
