    "Do you want it done right? Or done right now?" - Rich Well, by choosing this shop you can get the worst of both! Not only will a 10 day job take a month long, it actually won't! You'll wait month after month until 8 months have gone by and you wonder how in the world it took this long. You can try all you want to help source the parts you're willing to pay extra for, or just in general, but if it's not coming from his distribution center, you're not getting it. Don't try buying your own parts and asking for the money back, you'll never see it! Wish I could recommend this place as Rich seems like a great guy outside of the business relationship. Hopefully we will get reimbursed the thousands we had to spend taking it elsewhere to actually get it done right the first time. (P.S. don't give this shop the insurance money until after they've finished the job. Again, you'll never get it back!)

    So I've had a long history with Stans... During High School (which is right down the street from…read morehere) I was in auto shop and we used to order used parts from here on occasion and more recently I had my car towed by them after it was totaled. Not sure how they currently price their used parts, but back in H.S. they were super cheap and the parts were good - used, little dirty, but good. When I got in a wreck a couple weeks back, Stan's was the tow company that ended up picking up and storing my car. They did a good job wrapping my car because my windows were down during the accident. So good in fact that it was moderately difficult trying to actually get into it when I went to pick up my belongings. I don't think it rained in the 2 days they had it before I was able to get my stuff, but I don't think anything would have been wet or damaged inside. Picking up my belongings was fairly easy except for the tow release charges incurred by the PD. I don't know why I'd need a tow release JUST to get my stuff out of the car... it's not like I'm taking the whole car. Anyway though, all my belongings were safe and sound, nothing missing and they gave me plenty of time to get everything out including my stereo system and the dozen or so yards of related wiring. If Stan's tows your car after a wreck, it's in good hands,

After picking up my car, I noticed that the pen used to circle prior scratches had left marks on my passenger side. I admit that the paint on my car hides marks well and they were hard to see unless under a certain amount of bright light. I brought my car back and had to leave it yet another day as the marks needed to be buffed out. Upon picking it up, some pink powder had been left in my cup holder (I'm assuming buffing powder) that I didn't notice until it stuck to the bottom of my water bottle, congealed and scratched up the cupholder when trying to get it up. A few days later, I found yet another circle. While I admit they were only visible under a certain light, the shop workers / owners had pictures of where all of the marks had been made and should have known where to focus. As a result, I had to leave my car with them yet another day. When I picked it up this time, there were filthy shoe marks on the mats. Considering the hassle it was to figure out how I was going to get to and from the shop as well as additional loss of vehicle, I feel that a bit more consideration could have been made. I shouldn't have had to once again clean up after them. The employees appeared to be very friendly and professional, but better attention to detail would have been much appreciated.

    I know it's long but please read don't want this happening to anyone else!!!!!!!…read more Here is my experience with final touch collision I was recommended to them don't get me wrong they have good work but from my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them I dropped my car off March 12th, 2024 and got a rental the same day the young lady who damaged my car her insurance was paying to get my car fixed and paying for the rental 2 weeks goes by and I decided to call to see were there any updates which was April 5th @ 10:39am and I was told that it was more damage found and it's hard finding parts he called American family the same day and let them know it was more damaged to my car fast forward April 12th American family reached due to me being at work they left a voicemail and stating that they have been trying to get contact with the collision shop about the finding of the additional damage no supplemental was sent and no answer they was unable to extend my rental beyond April 5th because they needed that information they were trying their best to avoid me getting charged for the rental and they were calling me because they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop on April 12th I've called multiple times no answer I had someone to call and finally got a answer and I explained to them what was going on my response was they just spoke to American family not too long ago on April 15th I've called final touch collision I even sent out a text to his personal number left voicemails as well no contact at this point it's April 16th enterprise general manager is calling me telling me to bring the car back I explained to home what was going on I can't get in contact with the shop April 16th come I decided to go to the collision shop around 12:30pm I made it there and his daughter was outside sitting down enjoying the nice weather she began to help me I saw her dad he look in bad shape he had a bruise on his back and a knee brace on I explained to his daughter while he was standing their in pain what was going on and to call American family in front and let them know you'll be sending the supplement over she told them she would send it within 3 hours I told her to send me a confirmation and call me to let me know you sent it no update by 5:06pm I called before they closed and she didn't do what she said she was going to do the 17th came the general manager from enterprise went by the collision shop and he said the owner didn't look in good shape he told me to come back Thursday .... Thursday came and the general manager from enterprise went by just to see that they were closed and still not answering the phone ! I was highly upset and fighting to not give the rental back and not pay out of pocket for it that same day April 18th I found the owner fb page so I tried calling from there and even send a message I also found a few family members with his last name and let them know that I couldn't get in contact with him and my car is at his shop tell him to give me a call with my number April 19th came and I still tried calling no answer so I left work at 10:30am got to the collision shop at 11:04am just to see the gates closed again the guy that opens and closes the gates was there I spoken to him and even explained to him what was going on he even tried calling from his phone no answer so I told him that I was going to file a police report which I did !!! Made it back to work at 1pm at 1:36pm enterprise called me and I immediately said he's not at the shop he responded yes he is and he sent the supplement over you're all good Wednesday April 24th at 5:47pm American Family called and stated that a supplement was sent over but they more documentation and they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop once again now it April 25th I called final touch collision it took many phone calls to get in touch with him however he answered and explained what the last insurance had told me he said he would get it taken care of so I waited a hour no longer because it shouldn't take that long so I called my adjuster to see if the additional documentation was sent over and she stated no so I called final touch collision back and told them it's no way American family is calling me because they can't get in contact with you and it no way enterprise should be calling as well because you're not doing your job on your end he told me to be nice to him I told him not I'm done being nice and he proceeds to ask me did I reach out to his family I stated yes I did because I couldn't get in contact with you he hung up the phone on me !!!! April 26th I personally sent a police officer to the collision shop to tell him to pull my car out so I can get it towed out of there and take it somewhere else the new collision shop wanted pictures of what the car look like at the moment before taking it I called and asked can the pictures be sent he told me no he's not doing it which was fine at that point because I no longer wanted any services
