He fixed it in MUCH less time than I thought was possible, and for the first time in my life, I was shocked at how little the bill was. I realize that using lots of superlatives makes one think that the review is being done by a shill, but I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife had gone here a few years ago, and I'm glad I came when I needed work done. I totally recommend this place without ANY reservation. Yesterday I was told to bring my Car in for repairs today [Thursday~12/21/23]. ALLSTATE arranged a loaner. When we arrived from Manhattan (Will County, IL) the Bldg was empty. I called the number to VISSER'S and was told it is a different Company and now located on Harlem Ave. I was told that I could not leave my Car there for repairs; come back after two (2) Months. Why didn't Emily tell me that a day before when we communicated via telephone? Great Inconvenience and I'm stuck with a $55 a day Loaner that ALLSTATE is not going to pay for. I wasn't going to leave my Mercedes there anyway that was bought new (and Customized in West Germany) that I only have 8,000 miles on today. I don't know these people or Facility. I've trusted VISSER'S for over 25 years with over 25 different Make/Model repairs on my Car Collection. CDE has POOR COMMUNICATION Skills. I'm not qualified to comment on the quality of their work.
