My experience with Phil's was exceptional. We had a deer run out in front of us and it damaged the front of our vehicle. I went in to Phil's on my father in law's recommendation. I wasn't super thrilled to be getting my car fixed, LOL. Phil was really thorough and detailed in his estimate. I got one other estimate and it was higher than Phil's so we arranged a time to bring it in. He found another small dent while working on my car and fixed it. Took my car to change front bumper. The quality of the repair was good. The problem was when I went to Pick up my car, the whole car was covered With white overspray. He refused to admit That he created the problem. He tried to Remove the over spray over the next Two days. I finally took the car back Even though there was still overspray Left on various body parts of the car. Paid another $250.00 at another Location to have the rest of the overspray Removed. Disappointed had heard good Reviews and was going to bring my other Car to this location. read more

I have lived in the tri-town area for my entire life, and Phil's Collision Center has been a landmark business along Rt. 30. So when my car was damaged in a hit-and-run, I decided to take it to Phil's for repairs. Phil met with me on a Wednesday and gave me an estimate, asking for a few days to finish the repair. I brought my car to him on Thursday morning, at 8:30 AM, and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from him at lunchtime the NEXT DAY, telling me my car was ready for pick-up! I was side swiped and my husband told me to take my car there, he did excellent work. I later traded that car in and the dealership couldn't even tell there was work done to it until they ran the report. My husband's car was hit in his drivers door and the insurance company covering it insisted on finding a used door to repair the fix and Phil sent a handful of them back. As much as we wanted his car fixed we were happy that Phil was picky and was not going to accept a door that was not a good match. We recommend him to anyone we know that needs work done on there vehicles. read more

I often think that if something bad has to happen, it should be followed by something that is good. This is how I look at the Love/Hate relationship I have with Phil's Collision. I hate that I have to use his services again, but I love the results! I have had many opportunities to work with Phil's Collision Center. He has always provided a detailed estimate and takes the time necessary to walk through all of what he is proposing to do. He offers options as to what material to use (manufactured by automaker vs after market). Usually the after market is less expensive. The insurance companies also tie his hands somewhat, due to their requirements. I have never been disappointed. I have recommended him to many of my family and have not heard back a negative, except that he is always busy. A good sign! A local business doing it the right way! read more
