Another delightful experience at Complete Auto Care in Munster. I was experiencing some issues with my vehicle and urgently needed to have it examined before leaving town for the holiday next week. I contacted Zarko, who informed me that I could bring my car in for inspection. Not only did they assess the situation, but they also managed to resolve the issue and have me on my way the same day! I needed to figure out why my truck was pulling to the left, so I had the owner of this car Center drive the truck. The next thing they did was quote me for a $5,000 repair job. So, I instead took it to a trusted mechanic who told me that all I needed was a fresh set of tires. I got the tires and the truck stopped pulling. To think that the issue cost $5,000 is ridiculous. read more

I was asked to bring my enterprise rental car here for a slow leak. You would figure that in this time and age everybody understands the consequences of smoking tobacco in an enclosed place. Mind you in a business where customers are waiting to be helped. These animals, (forgive me all animals out there), are not wearing masks and are smoking cigarettes while they talk to you at the counter. You come out of there reeking of smoke as if you were the one who smokes. I don't care if they can make my car run with air. Their lack of professionalism is beyond anything I've seen in a long time. read more

I was a loyal customer for many years until my last and final visit. Not going to go into exact details as to what happened, but lets just say my family's safety was put at risk over a couple recent minor repairs to two different vehicles that I own. I'm tired of taking my cars back to Complete for 2nd and 3rd attempts to correctly fix the issue when it should have been done right the first time. My suggestion is that you avoid this shop and find a more reputable repair center with better qualified technicians. Part 2. Had another mechanic repair one of my cars. Wrong parts put on the car by Complete, and bushings for other parts on the assembly were missing. It's costing me another $315 to repair the car correctly when I was told by Ryan that all new parts were put on my car. Avoid this shop!! read more

Well, just like many other places, there are good reviews and bad reviews, regarding this service center. So, my review will be a good one. BTW, I'm not associated with this center personally and professionally so that my review should be genuine and true. I had rear differential service at this place through my neighbor's strong recommendation. And, I really like this place not only for timely service, but also for honest opinions/pricing. Especially, manager Michael and technician Shawn were very professional and did not push me to go something more. Shawn responded to a number of my ongoing questions, searched for a better part option, gave me possible options I can choose, and even called me for repair update. I strongly recommended this place. Consider that, depending on whose manager and/or whose technician whom customers experience, it could be good or bad. But, as I nicely experienced in December 2019, I will definitely go to this place for a future repair service and consultation!!! read more

Try somewhere else. Cheap parts. I would expect more but not here. Nothing worse than a slick salesman behind the counter and that's what you get here. Integrity - someone should teach Ryan about Integrity. Consider anywhere but here. Zero customer service. Zero integrity. Zero value added service and if they do what they say they are going to do you're the lucky one. Would not recommend the "flushes". They don't do them. Anyone ever seen a brake fluid or power steering flush without using a machine? If they sell you one ask to see it performed. You'll get some good back tracking. read more

charged 101 for diagnostic. came up with my car needing $729 .29 in repairs. I took car to a different t place I had same diagnostic performed and what do you know I didnt need any of the work they said my car required. complete ripoff i want to mention they were going to charge me $70 for 20vacume washer hoses. 20 give me a break. gets one star for being clean read more

Ryan is a guy who stands by his work. I have had nothing but good experiences here. Complete Car Center has always been able to fix my car. In addition if something goes wrong with that part it is fixed with no questions asked for free. I would recommend coming here since I have for about 10 years. read more

I went there to get my brakes on my car checked out. He came back and said that i needed rotors, pads, and calipers. He quoted me for 1,200. I then went to Munster Marathon Auto Repair and they looked over the car and told me that i actually did not need the calipers and all i needed was rotors and pads. The owner of complete car center is a money hungry crook. He uses the cheapest parts he can find and will try to hustle and dime you for parts you do not even need! Munster Marathon Auto Repair quoted me for 671.00 for their pads and rotors. I would highly recommend them! read more

The owner, Ryan, truly wants his customers to feel comfortable with their experience; he's very personable and knowledgeable. He wants to make sure all concerns are addressed before you leave.
