I had no other choice but to take it to their sister location in hopes they could fix their mistake on the spot, so I drove the car slowly down the street to their sister location to have the service manager look at the hood latch. He gave me an estimate of $480.00, and he didn't even itemize the estimate. A reputable company would have taken responsibility for the damage, not charge me for any repairs, and cover the cost of my rental. We went on a Saturday around 1pm it was pretty busy because they have a hand car wash too. All of the bays were full and employees working hard came. However, they were fairly quick and allow you to wait in your car or inside. They also have benches outside for you to wait as well. If all those options aren't enough you can walk over to Bombers BBQ and get a bite to eat while you wait (this would be my personal recommendation) . The manager was super helpful. He was very honest about what our car needed and what it didn't need. He also took the time to explain in detail when we asked questions. While we were waiting inside for them to finish up I observed him help a few more customers. He even didn't charge an older woman for some service and told her to just come back the next time she needs service. Wearing a mask wasn't enforced, but in Indiana there aren't any mandates currently so what can ya do.

At 10:32 AM, I reached out to confirm the appointment and was told again that there were car issues and the time was pushed back to between 2:00-3:00 PM. I accommodated this change and waited. From that point forward, I was given the runaround all day. I was first told Randy was "nowhere to be found." Then I received another message stating that my tire was in her stepson's truck and that he would bring it after leaving his girlfriend's house. That never happened. After multiple attempts to get a clear answer or timeline, I was ignored entirely. The final message I received stated that I needed to "stop harassing her" about my own property and that she would "get around to it when she can." This is not just unprofessional it is deceptive behavior. I paid for a service, my property was taken into their possession, no service was completed, and I have neither received a refund nor had my property returned. Instead, I was met with excuses, shifting stories, and ultimately dismissal. I tried very hard to avoid leaving a negative review because I respect people's hustle, but this experience strongly reflects scam-like behavior and a complete lack of accountability.
