I brought my truck here to have front shocks installed, that I had previously purchased to install myself. The install took just under an hour, and the charge should have been for just how long it took them to install. However, I was charged the book rate, which brought the labor cost much higher than expected. I should have asked first, but thought that they would be more honest in the true charge for the service. That was my mistake. I have dealt with Complete car Care before and never had an issue with the costs or the work done. I will give then their due, as the shop is very well kept, unlike some other auto repair shops I've been to. One thing to note, is NOW they add on the bank fee to the bill when using a credit card........that is B.S.! I have never had a surcharge added to my bill for a credit card use at a repair shop! I do however, appreciate that they would install the shocks having not purchased there. read more

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I took my 18' Sonata for a full tune up, months later my engine is misfiring and losing power. Hyundai said previous maintenance cracked on of my cylinder heads. My repairs through hyundai are totaling almost 3 grand because of a basic tune up through this shop. If you want decent quality work, Id advise looking elsewhere. read more

Been a customer for several years and had multiple vehicles serviced. Customer service is excellent, estimates have always been lower than the dealership. Had one minor issue when they changed my cabin filter - broke one of the clips that holds the glove compartment door. Told them of the issue, they replaced it with no problem. Great place! This is a place you know you won't be ripped off at. I usually come here for oil changes only. The sale is $14.99 for an oil change. But for a couple of weeks my tire has been making noise by the passenger side. My husband brought my car here and the owner checked it out for no charge. He told him what was wrong and how much it would be . He also told me to bring the car in tomorrow and he would knock $50 off the price. I brought my car here the following day and he did just that. Now my car makes no noise at all and is running just fine. I love a man of his word and a good businessman. It serves for good business and return customers. read more

I switched to complete car care after pep boys did not do a proper job. I showed C.C.C. how pep boys didn't properly grease my vehicle. So CCC said they would do it right. I've been trusting them for 2 years. They did the oil change lube job today I paid them and went on my way. I decided to check the work and me being a former mechanic determined that they haven't greased my vehicle for quite a long time. They hire people that have no idea what they're doing. They did a great job, and delivered the completed vehicle when they said that they would. I live in downtown Chicago and come all the way out here to get my car work done! We brought our cars here for years and were always satisfied with the service. However, service started to decline markedly after Bill the manager was terminated. Our most recent visit was the last straw. Besides raising the price for an oil change, they claimed that they forgot to charge me for an oil filter on my previous visit and added it to the bill. Isn't the filter included in the price anymore? They also charged an additional oil disposal fee instead of just including it in the price. The new manager is cocky and arrogant, and now we've found another local company that appreciates our business and treats its customers fairly. read more
