Me and my husband had been going back and forth with the Jeep dealer about our Wrangler for about a year. Our vehicle was in great condition and we maintenance it regularly. We ran into a repair issue and the dealer had our vehicle on and off for months and still could not fix the problem. I was passing thru a few months ago and I had an issue with my transfer case leaking. The filler bolt was stuck in the transfer case. I requested that he remove the bolt, drain the fluid and replace it. He said it was something he could do. So I waited inside to talk to the boss who happened to be on the phone. It was pretty busy so I was told to wait about an hour. The mechanic who took the bolt out was dedicated. He did a great job. Very thorough. Good mechanic. I give him 5 stars. I found Rob 15 years ago I needed to pass the emissions test I have followed him and only one his work to every car I've had and in turn I sent everybody I know to him and they never leave he is hands down the best auto mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to work with his skills are immeasurable. Rob fixed a car for my sister it was an old car and they didn't make the part anymore but he repaired that part and told her it would be good if it lasts a year that car ran for the next 7 years until she bought another and gave it away. Each time he fix a car we've never had to return because "it was something else" has has happened so many times with other mechanics. The family hauler blew an oil hose while on our way to summer vacation while traveling on I94 through Gary. Robert's was the only place open that was close so we took our chances thinking that vacation would be delayed. Robert was very accommadating and was able to look at the car right away (6:30 at night). He ordered the part and even picked it up from the parts store after the his shop closed and had us on the road in 2 hours. I can't Thank Robert enough, he really saved the day for a family that had 2 nervous young children.
