We ran into a repair issue and the dealer had our vehicle on and off for months and still could not fix the problem. They misdiagnosed several times and used up our warranty and charged us out of pocket cost only for our engine light to return. I requested that he remove the bolt, drain the fluid and replace it. He said it was something he could do. So I waited inside to talk to the boss who happened to be on the phone. It was pretty busy so I was told to wait about an hour. The mechanic who took the bolt out was dedicated. He did a great job. Very thorough. Good mechanic. I give him 5 stars. I was shocked at how low the bill was. I expected it to be much more.

The price was good so I chose them to do the job. When I got there I waited an work entire shift for them to install my tires. They weren't even that busy. The wait was ridiculous. They installed my tires but failed to program my sensors. As soon as I drove off I noticed they weren't programmed so I went back they had me come back another day just to wait forever again. They didn't program them and they still aren't programmed. I'm so disappointed they gave me false information over the phone just to get my business. If they couldn't program my sensors they should have told me before they installed the tires so I could have chosen to go elsewhere. I will never go back to them nor will I ever recommend this place anyone. The installer was nice but the old guy behind the counter has a bad attitude. That is what I did and so days later I would never expect to have a blowout on the expressway. Which leads me to US tire a choice that roadside assistance provided and was a true hero for me this past Friday. PJ and Nathan were the two guys that assisted me with my car. By the time I arrived I was somewhat cool on the outside but I was all nerves on the inside. PJ took his time and carefully explained the next steps and after consultation with Nathan the best cost plan. US tires saved the day.
