I brought my car in because something was dragging under the car. Rob took a look at it and told me it was the plastic piece HONDA used (more as cosmetic) to reduce the amount of dirt and dust buildup under the car. He said that plastic piece was so mangled and damaged it was not worth putting back on. So I told him to just take it off then. He said if I wanted to, I could go to HONDA parts department at any HONDA dealership and order the part and he would put it on for me. I also asked him to check my brakes and he told me they are fine and would be good for another 30,000 miles. After all that, I asked him how much I owed him and he told me nothing. OMG! Rob worked on my Husband's car when he brought it in thinking it needed a new alternator. After a diagnostic Rob conformed it was a simple electrical issue & he fixed it & we were out of pocket a lower amount than expected. That's where the trust came it! We scheduled a diagnostic for a put 2nd car & got a full background/ report on the needs of that car, he didn't take a dime from us & encouraged us to get rid of it while it was still in good condition, as supposed to, spending thousands to get it back to its original state. Very honest shop. I was quoted different price point depending on what parts I would like to put on my muffler to be replaced, per initial diagnosis, and I was expecting to pay close to $500-$800 depending on what part needs replacement. Then they got my car in right away and got the job done within an hour. When I was to pay, the bill was $135. They said it turns out, they only have to fix some connections and joints inside the exhaust system and charge me for the work they did. Isn't that an honest shop? I've o my need to go there for tire rotations and oil changes, but he always gets me in and out fast and usually with some kind of discount just for kicks! I was heading home from work one day and noticed my brakes where squeaking as I rolled into a stop sign. I had a cracked muffler on my old 2010 Honda civic.
