I still haven't heard anything from Larry--so me, the paying customer, had to reach out yet again. I'm now told by Larry that "they're not going to be able to get to it until October." They took a look at radio & GPS and said when cleaned by Gerber they damaged both items by using wrong cleaning solutions and harsh cleaning. they also told me my wheel was never replaced just simply switched sides and polished. I meet with the shop manager 3 weeks ago so he could see the damage. He said he would discuss with regional manager and get back to me. To this day I have not heard back.
