I got into a collision a few weeks ago, and I was shopping around for a repair place for the left side of my dented doors. When I called caliber collision they set me up for a quote appointment the next morning. When I brought it in, the mechanic Ed was very friendly and took time to go over repair options with me. Through that I was able to get used doors at a reasonable price with a more than reasonable labor hour cost, and my car was completed within the week. During repairs, there needed to be alignment adjustment, so they had to send the car to another area to be fixed and this stalled my ability to pick up the car for a few days. Caliber collision updated me on statuses daily and assured me that they would be ready to bring the car in ASAP for me to pick up after the place was done. When I went to pick up my car, the receptionist was very kind and understanding with my payment issues as I worked to resolve them. Since there was a delay in picking up my car, I was also given a discount on overall costs. The car looked brand new, and you could barely tell I got into an accident (I didn't replace one dented door so it was repainted, leaving a visible dent, for costs sake)

In January, I was in a car accident and my front bumper was cracked and grill was completely damaged. My first visit was receiving an estimate for the insurance claim. It was definitely a quick exchange; Rian will be the first person you see at the front desk. She is so amazing and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and also give me advise with dealing with Allstate. SN: If you have Allstate or someone who damaged your car has Allstate... PREPARE FOR A HEADACHE! Anyways, Rian was amazing and also the other guys. My car was there for several weeks and they kept me in the loop... I definitely liked that I was able to rent a car at enterprise and they met me at the body shop and I could leave my rental at Custom 77 when I got my car back. It was a smooth and efficient process. My car looked GREAT! They replace everything and gave my baby a wash. I am so happy about my experience and really appreciate their hard work. I recommend this place to everyone...
