I gave them a call when I got back in town and explained what I found and was asked to bring it on in. Tim had a look and had his team go to work straight away. When I got the car back, Tim apologized to me for the delay but wanted the team to wash the car before giving it back. That is top notch service!! He also said our car being a German car "isn't my problem" and then complained that they're "losing money on me because they're paying for my rental car." How is that an appropriate thing to say to a customer whose car YOU have had for over three months? Then he admitted he's "too busy" to keep track of and call his customers. Three+ months of excuses, almost no communication, and an arrogant manager who acts like the CUSTOMER is the problem for wanting answers and their car back. If management is "too busy" to keep track of customers and doesn't consider a vehicle sitting in their shop for months to be their problem, that tells you everything you need to know. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place.

My rear bumper itself was not damaged but the paint was peeling off and the bottom plastic-like part had a big crack in it. I dropped it off with Dan at Dan's Auto Body shop in Mokena off 191st. Because the bumper wasn't damaged he was able to keep it but repaint it. I literally just need to say wow! It looks like brand new. He did an excellent job repainting it. I was in awe. He also, installed the new black molded plastic piece at the bottom. His work is exceptional and also affordable. I was being charge 5x as much. Every place (3 in all) that I went to all claimed I had to have a new bumper and there was nothing wrong with my bumper at all. When Dan looked at my car and under the bumper he said we don't have to replace it, it is in good shape. I can just repaint it.
