I show up and he has another guy working for him which is fine. The new guy went up on the price by $50. I was originally quoted $300. I agreed to pay the $350 and Was told that this guy has been detailing for 22 years yet my vehicle wasn't even half way detailed. All I can tell was the carpet was shampooed. Debris was still in my storage arm rest, my cup holder, my entire vehicle was smeared as if the wax wasn't all the way wiped on, water stains all over, sun visions still dirty, entire ceiling on vehicle still with debris. The guy who did the work texted me wanting me to come right away to get the vehicle as he was ready to leave at 2pm. Business hours state this place closes at 5pm. I told hike to leave the key in the car and I would get there asap. I also sent him a $50 tip via zelle and paid through zelle. I contacted the owner immediately and he told me the same guy would fix the issues next Monday which is a week later. I told him I was no longer comfortable with the employee and the Owner said to bring it back and he had one hour. No thank you, one hour to redo my entire car? no thanks. Asked for a partial refund and got the I'll send a check. Check still hasn't arrived 20 days later. Called yesterday and Owner said he's in Florida and hasn't had The time to write the check yet and he then blocked me.

I left the car at 8:30, walked 15 minutes to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and within 20 minutes I got a phone call saying my car was ready. Having scheduled 3 hours for this service,I was told the vehicle could not sit there and hd to be pick up immediately. So I had to have someone else pick up my vehicle, who didn't review the work. When I got home, I was shocked at the condition of the interior. There were fine white hairs all through the back of the vehicle, the sides of the seats looked like they were never touched because there were still drips of coffee visible. And the biggest shock were the floor mat were piled in the back upside down "because they were wet". The front 2 mats were not even touched, they looked the same as when I dropped it off. When I contacted customer service, first I was advised they don't clean the back of SUV's, without an additional charge. When I pointed out on their own website, the 225.00 does cover the rear, their new excuse was they contacted the location and they said it was cleaned and I should have brought it to their attention when I was there. . When I forwarded photos, showing it was not, they said the complaint would be escalated to a supervisor. 2 months and several message later, still no action. Cancelled monthly service, enjoying far better service at Crow cr wash, for less money a month. STAY AWAY!
