I would have preferred to resolve this directly rather than leave a negative review, but my experience with European / Technicraft has been extremely disappointing. My Jaguar was brought to European Collision after a break-in in which the driver's window was shattered. State Farm recommended European Collision as a certified facility that works with Jaguars, which is why I trusted them with my vehicle. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into 2 months of delays, four visits, unresolved problems, and significant inconvenience. First visit: My Jaguar was brought in for the broken driver's window, and European Collision had the vehicle for approximately 14-15 days. When I went to pick it up, the battery dead, so the vehicle had to remain at the shop to be charged. After I eventually picked up the vehicle, within approximately 15 minutes, I discovered that the driver's door lock controls were no longer working. I immediately contacted the shop. The driver's door locks and controls had worked properly before the vehicle was brought in for the window repair. Second visit: I returned the vehicle and again reported the lock problem. I was told it would be addressed. There were also issues with the replacement window trim, including a damaged part that caused another delay. Third visit: I had to return the Jaguar because the paint damage from the original break-in had not been properly completed, and the window/trim work was also not properly completed. The window had to be removed again so the paint work could be completed and the correct trim installed. European Collision had my Jaguar for approximately 7-10 days during this visit. The driver's door lock problem still had not been fixed, and I was told another part needed to be ordered. Fourth visit: After the part arrived, I returned the Jaguar to have it installed. The shop kept my vehicle for two days, but even after installing the part, they still could not fix the driver's door locks or determine what was causing the problem. I was ultimately told I would need to take the Jaguar to a dealership for a diagnostic. Now I am being forced to pay for that diagnostic myself because the lock problem was not reported to State Farm as part of the original repair. I may also have to pay most or all of the cost of fixing the problem. This is especially frustrating because the problem appeared within 15 minutes of the first pickup, did not exist before the repair, and was reported immediately. European Collision had four opportunities to address it, including having my vehicle for 14-15 days during the first visit, 7-10 days during the third, and two days during the fourth. There was also a serious lack of attention to detail. The broken glass from the break-in was never properly cleaned. Even after four visits, I continue to find broken glass inside my Jaguar. At every pickup, I also found shop dirt and footprints on the carpet and door trim. The floor mats and work areas were not properly covered or protected. I also paid approximately $1,000 out of pocket for additional paint work. Because the window had to be removed again to complete the paint work and correct the trim installatio I am now being forced to pay out of pocket for a problem that arose immediately after their repair. I also made repeated attempts to resolve this with management. I requested the District Manager's assistance and was given an email address that was undeliverable. I then contacted the Technicraft Group corporate office, was given the General Manager's information, and again the email address provided was undeliverable. I also contacted the company's online customer service and received no response. After trying the shop, the District Manager, corporate management, and online customer service, I still have no resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend European Collision / Technicraft , especially if you own a Jaguar or another luxury vehicle. read more

They did great work on my q50 very fast and efficient would definitely recommend them they are very friendly and helpful.

Brought my car in on an insurance claim, was given back my car with the front bumper not fixed due to miscommunication.. annoying but it happens. I also had black tar all over my car and I brought it in just washed so that was also unfortunate. When I got in my car I had a tire pressure warning that I never had before. Set another appointment and asked for the tire pressure sensor to be fixed also. For my second appointment I was told it would be 3/4 days and didn't wind up getting my car back until a week later. Bumper was fixed but still had tire pressure warning. I again also had black tar on my car that I brought in washed. At this point I won't return here or bring my car back to get the tire pressure fixed. Brought my car in to the dealer and they confirmed the tire pressure sensor is messed up. Now I'll have to bring my car in for a 3rd time for the same accident. The work done on my car was unprofessional and lazy. I would not recommend anyone to get work done here. read more

We got a quote to repair our car from an accident. The quote from Technicraft was for $3,400 which I knew was bogus. European Auto 3 blocks away did the work for $1,200 which was a completely independent quote. Stay away from these pirates. read more

Sucks got into accident towed tried to charge me like crazy when I wouldn't sold my car from under me and wont tell me where it's at

Nobody likes going through the hassle and inconvenience of being involved in an accident. Mine was on a Sunday evening and thanks to the helpful folks at Technicraft, my car was being repaired and I was set up with a rental Monday morning. My last accident was over 30 years ago and just getting your car in for repairs took a week. I picked up my car yesterday after seven days and it looks brand new. They also cleaned it inside and out, a great touch! They do great work and I would recommend them highly to anyone who values their car as I do. 5 STARS to the whole staff. read more

I selected Technicraft to repair my Nissan Pathfinder after an accident. They worked with the insurance company and helped me through the process. I was concerned, because of a prior experience with another company, about the paint not being a perfect match. Technicraft did an awesome job. When they were finished you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. When I went to pickup the truck the manager even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the service before pulling off the lot. I owned the car several years later and the work held up. I would highly recommend them. read more

Sebastian & Olivia are the best!! Thank you for repairing my car. When I picked it up, I couldn't even recognize it, it was super shiny and CLEAN!! Thank you!! read more

The receptionist was really nice and helpful , the actual body work on my car looked great they even detailed my car , but when I was driving my car home i realized that the speaker was very static and blew out. When I put my car into drive it made a weird clunck noise and when I put it in park it made a beep sound, and that's not all it turns out they didn't put my lock back into place so when I would "lock" my car the locks wouldn't lock so even tho the alarm went off if someone opened the door it was unlocked. I had to go back in and when I was explaining what I had noticed was wrong the man in the body shop rudely told me "to go wait in the office" like if I was offending the job he did. They fixed it , but I feel like they could of inspected it the first time and saved us both time on their overlooked mistake. read more

Thanks to bad drivers I've had to use Technicraft 3 times. Each time the work has been perfect. It's awesome that they detail your car from top to bottom and guaranty the work for life. The service and attention to detail is outstanding. I dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Thursday. Olivia went the extra mile to get an extra part last minute before Christmas so I could have my car back. One of the body guys stayed late so he could finish. I can't say enough good things about all 3 of my experiences. The first time was a huge job thanks to a Pepsi truck. After 9 more years, it looked as good as day one. Thanks, Olivia and the whole gang at Technicraft. Word of mouth is spreading that it is the place to go. read more

My car was hit by an uninsured driver while it was parked in front of my house on Christmas day. Then I found my insurance company a nightmare to deal with. So by the time my car got picked up for repair I was not a very happy person. Technicraft was so nice to deal with. My car looks beautiful and the inside was even detailed. Looks like a brand new car. They made a bad event much better. read more

If I had an oppurtunity to give them no stars I would. It was Saturday at about 5pm and my serpentine belt broke. I pulled over and called this company since they were literally 2 miles away from where I broke down. I talked to the answering service and told them where I was. She said she would dispatch someone, then got my phone number totally wrong. I repeated it then we hung up. I called 45 minutes later and told them no one called yet. He said he would dispatch again. I called back in another 20 minutes and the girl got my number wrong again. She said someone would call back right away. No one called. I called back a third time and told them no one called me yet. He said he would dispatch again. I waited another 20 minutes and then called another company. They came in 15 minutes. I will not use this company again. read more

My wife got into a accident with our 2015 Range Rover and we took our vehicle to Technicraft to get the damaged fixed. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! The car was done ahead of schedule, the work was impeccable and they even detailed the car for us. The best part about our experience was that they made the entire process which is typically stressful dealing with insurance companies and body shops stress free and handled everything from start to finish! read more

Every time my car gets into an accident, I take it to TechniCraft. I love their work. I've taken three different cars on three different occasions and I plan on continuing as a loyal customer because of the amazing work that they do. Their work is detailed, thorough, and they use high quality paint. My first vehicle that was repaired was a 2010 Honda Civic hybrid with the pearl paint. The Pearl color is a white with a bit of shine that almost looks like a subtle glitter. TechniCraft did an amazing job matching the paint and my vehicle ended up looking like the day I bought it from the dealer. My second vehicle was a 2012 Honda Accord coupe that got into a major accident. Once TechniCraft finished repairing it, the Accord was flawless. It even looked better than before the accident because they detailed my car. I highly recommend this place because of their quality work as well as professionalism. read more

I was referred to this shop by a family member that had a vehicle repaired there quite a few years ago. The service then I was told was good and I never forgot it. I was recently involved in a minor accident and I recalled this shop so I went in for an estimate. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by a receptionist. I told her the reason for my visit and she told that someone would be right with me to assist. I waited and waited and waited. After about fifteen minutes of waiting with not a word given as to the delay, I decided to leave. Obviously they had more important things to tend to besides waiting on potential customers. I can't actually comment on their repair work but if their customer service is any indication of what was to come, I'll pass. No time for games when it comes to my vehicles and especially my time. read more
