Both my headlights were out, friend told me an oil change place could do bulbs or fuses quick on Saturday morning. Of course, it wasn't the bulbs & they couldn't help with fuses. I called CLJ from the parking lot, since I had great service with them previously & even better discount than quoted, & told them my situation to see if I could get in. We agreed to check if it was a simple fix like a fuse, they could do it now & if something more investigative for wiring & or more expensive, then I'd have to make an appt. later while arranging rides. Turns out it was a relay switch. The owner, Carlos had the part delivered while I waited so I could go on with my weekend & his wife didn't even charge me for labor, hope he knew that part lol. Who does that? read more

Carlos and his whole staff are top notch! Very professionally run shop where you can be confident that the repairs are done right the first time. Danny is a master mechanic and an expert at diagnosing and repair. I have a 1995 Land Cruiser that they take excellent care of despite its age and 350,000 miles! They can handle all your repair and maintenance needs at a reasonable cost. Submitted by George Pastorino read more

I went to their location and I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. I walked in to this supposed "tire" shop and was greeted with just blank stares and confusion. It turned awkward really quick as I had to say why I was there which was to change a tire. The women asked her 2 mechanics if they could assist and they both seemed uninterested and gave some lousy excuse why they both couldn't help me. She then turned to me and said "sorry you would have to leave your vehicle " i almost bursted out laughing , I was flabbergasted. I couldn't understand why she couldn't just say they don't do small repairs. Why in the world would I leave my vehicle there for a simple flat tire? This was the most awkward unprofessional experience I've had at a tire sho - so this is in response to "carlos". Your surveillance does not justify anything. You were not physically there and did not experience the awkwardness and the disinterest and unprofessionalism that I witnessed, which your "surveillance" cannot possibly capture. I think before You respond to someone you should definitely come up with something better than your camera footage. It lasted 34 seconds because none of your employees wanted to work on my vehicle which needed a quick tire patch. Then had the audacity to tell me I have to leave my vehicle overnight? When everyone in the room looked like they weren't even busy , they simply seemed uninterested and handle my experience poorly. Again something your "surveillance " cannot capture. So you bringing up your surveillance and calling me a liar just shows how pathetic you and your business is. I would never recommend a company like this. Even your respond is a portrait of how you handle business- UNPROFESSIONAL. Smh unbelievable. You have the nerve guy. So, again your response shows the unprofessional "business owner" you are. 1. First you seen the "tape" that your surveillance camera caught. And weren't personally there. 2. Now you all of sudden were there and witnessed my experience with your Pathetic company. 3. You are sitting on yelp going back and forth with a consumer just shows the kind of person you are. 4. What you think was "false" and not "fair" is irrelevant. This is how you made me feel as a consumer and how my experience was. Stop trying to justify the situation. I only know how MY experience went. Thanks again, for showing your "professionalism" to my fellow yelpers. I hope they never stop by your "shop". - Once again your lack of professionalism is portrayed on how you are handling this situation. Just to clarify , I never said I was a consumer of your business. If you don't know, YELP is a consumer and non consumer website where you can review businesses on their services or an experience with them. This review is based off my experience with your company. Short or long , it was an awkward , unprofessional experience. That is it and that is all, I never said anything about how you service vehicles. Based off my "30" second experience I would never recommend you or return. Thanks again for trying to speak to me in a demeaning manner. I wish you the best hopefully your front desk can get their act together and show some professionalism. And hopefully you can learn how to speak to someone giving you feedback on your interactions with people who enter who business. Good luck. read more
