My aunt referred me to this place and Tony specifically, and I am so glad I followed her advice. Tony was very transparent throughout the entire process and kept me updated with the status of my car. He worked with me and my insurance to ensure that I was getting all necessary repairs. Although things took a bit longer than expected (due to the insurance / parts), Tony communicated every step of the way and answered all questions that I had. I am thoroughly impressed by Lakeside's work. My car was hit and lakeside worked with my insurance to get me squared away. My car almost looks brand new (attaching before and after photos)! Tony and Eddie are literally so sweet and genuinely care and want to help people. Having car issues is never fun but they make the process smooth and their work is quality. I give Lake Side Collision on Indianapolis Blvd Five Stars. The best. My brand new 2023 Outlander PHEV was hit in the rear bumper and liftgate area in a hit and run. I took it to Lake Side Collision in Sept. 2023 for the repairs. I was met by the most pleasant manager Tony who reassured me that he'd have my car looking like new. Tony, Eddie, and the rest of the restoration team did an excellent job! My car came back looking like it had never been hit. The craftsmanship and paint restoration were excellent. Could not tell it had been damaged. Tony worked with my insurance carrier throughout the whole process to ensure the proper restoration needs, and Tony kept me informed throughout the whole restoration process. Tony shared that he had recently taken over management of the business from the previous owner. This was my first time coming to this body shop after I had an accident that caused front right end, & driver side damage to my vehicle. Bill is the owner of the shop, he's friendly & professional. He took my car as soon as it arrived at his shop from the tow. He only took 2wks when I was expecting to be waiting at least 3 to get my car back. I am completely satisfied with the work, it looks like nothing ever happened. All parts are working perfectly with no flaw & cosmetically looks great. He even washed my car before returning it.
