In a moment of total frustration, I accidentally backed into a brick wall, severely damaging my car's rear end and tail light. Already emotionally and financially strained--in the middle of relocating from Chicago and waiting for relocation assistance--I was devastated. Other body shops quoted me around $7,000, which felt impossible. Then, I was referred to José Ramos by a friend from work (in custodial services). From the moment I met José, I felt a sense of relief. I explained my referral and my situation. He gave me a honest quote of around $5,000 and then gave me a game-changing offer: if I could find the parts myself, he would deduct the cost and, most importantly, the quote would not change.
