In January, I was in a car accident and my front bumper was cracked and grill was completely damaged. My first visit was receiving an estimate for the insurance claim. It was definitely a quick exchange; Rian will be the first person you see at the front desk. She is so amazing and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and also give me advise with dealing with Allstate. SN: If you have Allstate or someone who damaged your car has Allstate... PREPARE FOR A HEADACHE! Anyways, Rian was amazing and also the other guys. My car was there for several weeks and they kept me in the loop... I definitely liked that I was able to rent a car at enterprise and they met me at the body shop and I could leave my rental at Custom 77 when I got my car back. It was a smooth and efficient process. My car looked GREAT! They replace everything and gave my baby a wash. I am so happy about my experience and really appreciate their hard work. I recommend this place to everyone... However, I was in a hurry to get my vehicle fixed and they could not fit it in their facility; with a reference from CarMax, I thought it would be okay. I will never doubt my first impression of a busness ever again! This is the worst repair shop I have ever encountered and I am considering sueing them! They ran out the gas in my vehicle and I truly believed they did not replace the transmission like they said! The car was dirty when it was returned also. I will be reporting them to the states attorney's office for comsumer protection. Again, "Do Not Do Business with B and G Auto Repair in Harvey, IL! I am a disable veteran and I take service seriously! Also, beware of their finance practices and read everything throughly if you do consider having work done there.
