Tim took excellent care of my vehicle and went above and beyond what was required--doing additional work at a fair, honest price. What stood out most was his character. Tim is patient, kind, gentle, and genuinely cares about people, not just cars. He took the time to explain things clearly, never rushed me, and treated me with respect and integrity from start to finish. That kind of service is rare these days. If you're looking for quality work, honesty, and someone you can trust, do yourself a favor and check out Tim's shop. You won't be disappointed.

Someone hit my car while it was parked and my insurance recommended Gerber, in South Holland…read more I was concerned about repairs, but Gerber did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Ashly and Chris at Germer's South Holland location, were professional and told me what I needed to know and everything worked out fine. By the time things were completed, my car looked much better than BEFORE the accident. Even though the damage was in the rear on the left of my car, the whole car was detailed and tiny scrapes I had elsewhere were removed. Thanks for the excellent work. Now if only Gerber could apply a repellent all around my car so bad drivers won't hit it again.

BUYER BEWARE: WARNING: Mechanical issues, unresolved repairs, and unprofessionalism…read more Adam's Auto Body & Sales most recently also DBA Al's Auto Body Experts "I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to look elsewhere. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been a nightmare since day one. Despite having a 3-month/3,000-mile service contract, the vehicle has persistent engine issues that independent shops have identified as 'patchwork repairs' needing a full cylinder head replacement. We contacted the warranty company and the warranty company confirmed that there was no claim by Adam's to replace the heads. They only kept the car for 3 weeks to make it look like it was being repaired given the length of time. Beyond the mechanical failures, the business ethics are highly questionable. We left the car with them for repairs, and it was returned to us with 600+ additional miles on the odometer and an empty gas tank. They also failed to fix a mirror that was promised to be repaired at the time of sale. If you choose to ignore this feedback please do your due diligence and bring a mechanic with you. Something I now regret not doing. We have officially issued a demand letter for a full rescission of the sale ($10,134) due to their inability to provide a safe, reliable vehicle. Save yourself the stress and the legal headache--do not buy from Adams Auto Body and Sales." Services Auto engine diagnostic, Service not listed
