We took my daughter's car there because the insurance my husband have took my husband's car there, seeing that they did a good job with his car we decided to take my daughter's car to paint it completely we pay with our own money, unfortunately the results were not the same, first they called that the car was ready..they gave us the key and to our surprise the 2 bumpers were scratched.. the front one on the lower part was unpainted. We had to leave it so they could fix it again, they took out the front glass, and didn't placed it back properly, you could hear the air coming in, we had to pay somewhere else to fix what they didn't do right. Later on we saw that in some corners of the car, they did not do the job of sanding and re painting since it had mold in many places. I definitely have mixed feelings about this body shop . My car ended up at this shop because somebody hit my car & ran . This is the body shop my insurance company works with . My vehicle was hit on the rear passenger side near the rear tire . When I went to pick up my car I immediately went to look where the damage was & they had repaired it perfectly you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. HOWEVER upon inspecting my whole car I noticed front end damage smdh. I immediately went into the shop and told Lee my car was hit on the rear so can you explain how my front end is damaged ? He expressed to me that my car has been there for repair a couple of months and he isn't sure how that happened he thought it came in with that damage. So after he called my insurance company & requested pictures from the date my car arrived they had no choice but to repair it for free. So I ended up riding around with a ugly front end for a week . That's why I have mixed feelings because they do excellent repair work but you might leave with damage you didn't initially have!!! read more

If I could rate 0 I would. These people need to be OUT OF BUSINESS!!! They had my car for 2 months to fix my dash board. Every week there was a different reason for why my car was not ready. Finally i called and they said the car was ready. I go to pick it up. The front and rear bumper was damaged, which was not damaged before AND the original problem was NOT fixed. Please!!!! So today I went here to get a quote for my auto insurance company for my car due to an accident that I had about a week ago and Kevin help me out with everything that I needed. He allowed me to leave my car so they can start fixing on it. this was my first accident so he was very patient with me and basically assisted me in everything that I needed. In a couple of days I will go back and see how my car look and see if it runs just as it was before the accident but so far so good. I would recommend this company if you want your car fixed. Someone hit my car while it was parked in 2016 two weeks after I bought my car. They fixed it and it drove as if nothing ever happened to my car. Just recently 6/7/2018 a truck knocked my mirror off. Taking my car here was the biggest mistake! This was the recommended body shop by the Auto Insurance Company of the driver that hit my car. Their paint job was a mess! They kept my car for 6 days the first time. The side of my car that has the "Liberty" logo was knocked off, completely gone when I picked up my car. Along the back side by the bumper, there were orange specs of paint, like antoher car's paint scratched off on my car. Also, when I picked up my car the first time, the A/C was blasting (wasn't even Spring yet!) the music was full blast. I called the next day and told them of all this and they sais sure we'll order the part that fell off and bring your call in and we will fix it. It's bad enough that I had to leave my car there for 6 days, now after calling and calling for another week, I finally took my car back 2 days ago and was told it would be ready by Today. Today I called and spoke to the Manager Lee, very rude and obnoxious man. He was upset that I was unhappy that my was not ready. He said he's trying to help me out on something they didn't do, really? Then he got nasty and said "the shit" on the car was not done by them and now it's going to take a whole week. My car, according to the manager, will not be ready until next week Tuesday, and that's not a guarantee. I am hoping the owner of this place reads this and sends him Manager to training otherwise, this manager is going to get him bad reviews and no business! read more

The service is good. The pricing is fair. The owner, Kevin, cares about customer service. We have used other body shops, but Preferred Auto Body has consistently provided the best service. When he's negotiated with insurance companies on repairs to our cars, Kevin has always been an advocate for us. And you can see that he takes pride in the work his shop does. Another reviewer said that Preferred is a neighborhood business. It certainly treats its customers as though they're all local friends and family.
