Advanced Auto Body is a disingenuous company. My car was needed to be repaired after I was hit in an accident. Paid out of pocket just for parts not to be put on, had to come a couple days after. Not to mention parts not being fully put on ( grille was super loose connecting to the front of the car). Went over there again and let them know and they said they'll take care of it. Went and picked it up and was told that it was screwed on as much as possible. Come to find out they just applied glue to stick it on. Couple days go by and the glue is coming off. My car needed front and rear bumper work and they coordinated everything with my insurance company and even saved me some money. My car looks like new! I damaged the front bumper of my Tesla with deep scratches. This required the bumper to be entirely stripped and repainted. Advanced Auto Body did an excellent job. The pearl white paint finish matches the rest of the car perfectly. The computer generated quote they gave me for the work was fair and they completed the job within a short period of time as promised. They guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. Truly exceptional service. I dropped off my Volvo to get some ball joint, oil leak, motor mount, and brake work done. Freddy was polite and apologetic that due to COVID they would have my car for longer than expected but offered a loaner in its stead. After I received my car back, I noticed that the alignment was off. Freddy explained that they don't do alignment work, but offered to take my car to a trusted 3rd party specialist. This place did an amazing job on my 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350! They made the whole process so easy. I had an accident on my car where the corner panel, bumper, and headlight were dinged up. All I had to do on my end was give them my claim number and they took care of everything else. They gave me updates on my car and what they were doing and how long it would take. Needed to get repairs done on my leased Honda Civic Sport after a small crash that left my right back door/ panel scratched and impacted.
