Advanced Auto Body is a disingenuous company. My car was needed to be repaired after I was hit in an accident. Paid out of pocket just for parts not to be put on, had to come a couple days after. Not to mention parts not being fully put on ( grille was super loose connecting to the front of the car). Went over there again and let them know and they said they'll take care of it. Went and picked it up and was told that it was screwed on as much as possible. Come to find out they just applied glue to stick it on. Couple days go by and the glue is coming off. These guys are the best. Two examples: 1) After I dropped my car off to be fixed, the rental car company was supposed to come pick me up to grab my rental. This place did an amazing job on my 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350! They made the whole process so easy. I had an accident on my car where the corner panel, bumper, and headlight were dinged up. All I had to do on my end was give them my claim number and they took care of everything else. They gave me updates on my car and what they were doing and how long it would take. Truly exceptional service. I dropped off my Volvo to get some ball joint, oil leak, motor mount, and brake work done. Freddy was polite and apologetic that due to COVID they would have my car for longer than expected but offered a loaner in its stead.
