At that impound, bureaucratic hurdles and a long wait at every step prevented Ed's tow operator from taking his next tow jobs, but they remained professional and understanding of these circumstances beyond our control. Ed was communicative throughout and accommodating of unique situational needs such as obtaining on-board dash camera footage. They took great care with my car, loading and unloading it, and great care of bikers/pedestrians/buses/etc. driving through downtown (I had to ride in the tow truck since the City's improper and illegal tow of my vehicle had damaged it). I highly recommend and trust this service - in an industry where trust and reliability are so rare.

I was a little disappointed when they didn't replace 100% everything, and we weren't told it wouldn't be replaced until after we already finished the repairs and noticed the difference. That was pretty disappointing and I think should've been pointed out before deciding to have them fix the car, since we could've gone elsewhere that the insurance company provided. Unfortunately, I had two more incidents: a hit-and-run on my driver's door and then significant roof and sunroof damage from a faulty garage door sensor.
