Terrific experience every time not only in the city, but just reached out for service in the suburbs, and Alex was able to connect me with an another company. Great experience! read more

Quick response. Goes above and beyond. Fair pricing. Kind and Personalized service....

Needed my car towed on a flatbed. Talked to Alex who picked up immediately. I texted him the pickup and dropoff, he provided a very reasonable quote, and picked up the car within the hour. Very responsive and communicative - I would definitely recommend him and use him again (but hopefully won't need to!). read more

This was my second time getting towed by 24Hr Towing & Roadside. They are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. The cost of the tow didn't break the bank either. I'll always go to 24Hr Towing & Roadside if my car fails me again! read more

Had to get my car towed because it wouldn't start. They arrived at the time they said would and it was done quickly. $100 for a tow on a saturday night, especially on St. Patty's Day weekend!! It was $100 cuz I had it towed about 1/2 mile to Pep Boys. I requested Pep Boys Towing and they cancelled service on me! So I am glad 24hr towing was able to help. Thanks so much. read more

Alex was prompt, helpful and got my car where it needed to go in great condition. I reached out late at night, outside of his business hours, and he was still able to coordinate pick-up within minutes and we had a plan in place for the morning . Had to tow out to the suburbs from the city and he was incredibly willing to help. Price was in-line with all other quotes I received, but the service was head and shoulders above everyone else. Would recommend to anyone in Chicago!! read more

My tire blew in the loop. They were able to install my spare and get me back on the road within an hour during rush hour, which was great, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg which was also great. Highly recommended. read more

Wish I could give Alex 10 out of 5 stars! I have been using Alex for 4 years now. Every single time he has either answered or called me back almost immediately. He has gone out of his way to make a faster ETA work when I was in a pinch. He has consistently always charged a more than fair rate for the services he provides. He is honest and cares about getting you the help you need. I have referred him to a few of my friends and they have all had the same experience. If there is anything car related I need, he is always the first person I call. Even if he can't resolve it, he refers me to trusted companies around the area that I go to. You're gonna want Alex's number saved in your phone, trust me! read more

I needed a tow from my parking garage where I live. I made an appointment with Alex. He showed up early and got my vehicle started and was able to drive out of the garage instead of trying to tow it out. Once on the street, he hooked up and towed my vehicle in for service. Professional, did a great job. Thanks Alex for your help. Troy read more

Juan was amazing. Got to us fast, loaded the car up quickly and even drove my daughter and I home. He kept in contact with me while heading our way and then even texted me a photo showing our car dropped off at the mechanic. Super fair pricing as well. Don't hesitate to use him! read more

Arrived early to appointment to jump my car battery - took 5 minutes and I was on my way! Great responsive service.

My car wouldn't start after being parked overnight in subzero temperature. I called this company, someone was able to arrive and help jump start my battery in 20 minutes. read more

A+++++++ The only towing company that A: picked up the phone and B: didn't hang up on me because most tow companies only do "parking lot tows" (there is nothing worse than being stuck in the middle of a busy road during rush hour and being hung up on). They were super quick, knew exactly where I was, and assured me everything was good. It is hard to find help in 2024 but they made it easy. They are now on my speed dial and also on my family members. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!! read more

The battery on my electric car died (BMW i3 12v battery can't be jumped) and needed a wheels up tow. Alex answered immediately and showed up on time. My vehicle was garaged in a narrow alley and not easy to get out, but Alex had no problem handling it in 15 minutes. He used tow dollies to lift the wheels and delivery my car safely. Called on a Saturday morning and this big guy came out, didn't get his name but he arrived really quickly and was able to tow our vehicle to our local mechanic for a very reasonable price, he even unlocked our car after we locked our keys in it (dummies‍). I highly recommend to anyone needing a tow or unlock of a car. Super nice, really kool and chill and wasn't trying to gouge us. Give him a call read more

My car was dead as a doornail and they came out in less than an hour and got me going. Life savers!

Greatvexperience. I was stuck in a snowy alley. Alex the dispatcher was very organized, accurate with time estimates, and easy to work with. The driver of the towtruck (which in this case was a jeep) was polite and professional too. Good vibes. They were respectful of me as a customer as well as my vehicle. read more

I joined Yelp specifically so that I could leave a good review for this service. Alex and his guys were fantastic! I tried two other towing services before finding them today. Both of those services wanted almost twice as much money and estimated almost twice as long to get to me. One of those places kept me waiting for nearly an hour and a half without even a courtesy call to tell me they were running late. Then I found Alex. They arrived when they said they would, in just 30 minutes, and even helped me find a reliable place to take my car for the repair. I strongly recommend them. Truly good, honest, reasonably priced, and professional. People that actually care. I couldn't have asked for better. read more

i got a flat tire, called, and paid for a tow last night at 8pm. I was left waiting over two hours. they could't find a tow truck and wanted more money from me to get another "sister" company to come sooner. I said no that's ok as long as I can leave the and you my mechanic I'm gonna it been over two so you can the extra money for your failure at delivering services. i could have use any company to tow, yet after 2 hours of me waiting and calling them to follow up on eta they told me that they could not tow my car to nail 10-11 am. the website says tow within 30-60 minutes... im forced to either sleep in my car to ensure that my car doesn't get impounded or Uber home and Uber back at 10am only to hope and pray that I don't wait longer than 11 am . any single woman should NEVER EVER pay for towing from this place. they take your money and abandon you. you can't cancel and go with someone else without paying 50 percent cancel fee. that's $109 in my case . but if paid more im supposed to trust them that help will actually come? no. This company is as close and dangerous as frauds come. because of this company's inability to communicate , refund or pay to do the right thing which is not leaving a woman stranded... I had to pay extra childcare for two hours last night. I have to cancel pediatric patients who need medical care from me so I can Uber back to my car by 10am losing $466 dollars i work revenue and then sit and wait and hope that by 11 I will finally have the tow to the auto shop that is 2 miles away from my flat tire car/ and a block from my work because they won't tow without me being present with the key. meanwhile the autosedvice place ... they were expecting the tow and I made a 7:30 am appointment for a tire . now I have to inform them that I have to push that appointment out by a minimum of 4 hours risking the availability that I will even have my problem solved. And seversly inconvenienced by having to walk from the drop off of my car to work and walk to pick my hopefully repaire's car or else I will have an expensive Uber ride home. And no car to carry on my kids schedule and no way to get to work tomorrow all because this company is a scam. Do not call them. You have to pay them before they even request assistance and learn from my story that there is no work ethic in their job. They will aban you for over 12 hours, knowing they have a sister who can get to you but you have to pay more without any gauantee that they will be there. Never ever call this place. Especially if you are a woman alone. Or anyone who has a job and family depending on you to get home or work. They have no clue what they can do until after you pay and lock you in. They must hope that you get so frustrated that you cancel so they take half you money at least! Shame shame shame on the awful supposed 24 hour towing . It's fraudulent read more
