I had a van towed all the way to the Southside from near the United Center. That seems excessive. The woman on the phone was nice enough and reminded "open" for me to get the van that night. The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!

I've had a lowered car stuck in a tight alley and SUVs stranded on overpasses; no matter the situation, David had everything loaded onto his flatbed without a problem. He uses a flatbed instead of the typical tow trucks, which makes all the difference. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had the vehicle inspected and received repair documentation for the damage. I provided the company with photographs, the towing video showing how my vehicle was hooked, and the repair invoice/documentation. I was also told that the noise coming from the vehicle was confirmed during the inspection. Despite providing all of this information, I was told they could not move forward with my damage claim because I did not have a specific photograph showing the damaged component. I explained that the repair shop does not have additional photographs, but the company still would not proceed. My biggest issue is not simply that they denied the claim -- it's that I provided the evidence I actually have, including video and repair documentation, and there doesn't appear to be any willingness to investigate the situation further. Very frustrating experience, and I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before and after using this company.

Talk about customer service......did not expect that from a Tow company. Aren't many companies and company owners who care enough to go that extra mile to help a customer. Hope I never have the need again, but if I do, I will definitely call Chicago Metro Towing before anyone else!! Thanks again, Bud and Sherry, excellent service!

I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things. His services and detail top notch my vehicle always looking perfect. Now that the winters here and I'm gonna be waiting for a warm day I will be visiting again. Adam W
