When I…read moresaw Todd pull up with his massive tow truck, I was relieved seeing my little bambino's savior had arrived. Without going into the gruesome details of what happened, Todd was able to reign her in without jeopardizing her condition further. Trust me, any further jostling or mishandle-ment could have led to tragedy. I was truly lucky (or "blessed" for the religious folk out there). He gladly drove us on over a couple towns south west - about a 15 minute ride. Normally I am leery about the conversations that can be had with this sorted crew, but I was real happy to be sitting alongside Todd. He told me a little about his starting this business not too long ago and then gave me some advice on my car. Super friendly and super comforting. A damsel in distress no more! Hopefully, I will not need a towing anytime soon, but in the event any of you do, Todd's the man.

My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things. His services and detail top notch my vehicle always looking perfect. Now that the winters here and I'm gonna be waiting for a warm day I will be visiting again. Adam W

Now, I'm not complaining about the initial cost, but I am warning anyone who goes there that Chuck literally stole $100 from me! I guess he thought I didn't see him slip a $100 bill off the counter. Hey, Chuck . . . I DID see you try your sleight of hand "trick." So, for a $500 repair, I chose not to get into an argument and ended up paying almost $600. Maybe this sob, Chuck, thought he could pull one over on an 80 year old lady who's only income is just over $1000 per month. Maybe he thought he was more deserving of my money than I was. Well, I decided leaving an honest review to warn others of the slimy personnel that works at Barnes would serve everyone's interest better than getting into an argument with a dishonest person.
