Absolutely fantastic service. Yesterday, my minivan decided to stop working on the highway right before getting to Great America. My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful. read more

Martin from QRoadside was amazingly helpful when I messaged him asking if he could come repair my tire. He had me send him pictures of the puncture, and when it was clear he couldn't repair it safely, he helped me understand my options as far as getting the spare on and replacing the tire. He was so helpful and kind, even though I didn't even buy anything from him! read more

Q Roadside - No spare! - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Wheeling, Illinois

I had a tire blow out on the highway just as it was getting dark. I called for roadside assistance and Q Roadside was dispatched. I also called my husband who said he could change the tire so I called Q Roadside back to cancel. They suggested I keep the roadside help request in case my husband had trouble getting the tire off. If my husband was successful then I could cancel - what a wonderful company! I felt safe in a very stressful situation because Q Roadside offered me a backup plan - it's so nice to know there's a company out there who will give you that added measure of safety and peace of mind! Thank you Q Roadside! PS my husband changed the tire successfully, but we are both in our 60s so we loved that Q Roadside had our backs! read more

LOOK NO FUTHER! Excellent customer service with REAL TIME follow up! I truly do not even know where to start... but I'll do my best. My car was dead... again. My fault because I left something on. The Owner: Answered the phone immediately, and was not only kind, but began working on a SOLUTION (with a FAIR PRICE)! It was such a quick response I thought I misunderstood him! He had a quote AND an ETA to jump my car, and the name of the person who was going to meet me in lightening speed. The gentleman, who came to jump my car: all I can say is this... the world STILL has exquisite human beings who not only work hard, but are polite and remind you that we are all doing our best! Quite an exceptional person and that reflects on the owner! THANK YOU, D. You are lovely! I am quite meticulous when it comes to customer service. Not only that, but my life's work, whether a career or volunteer, is helping others. If this were my team, I'd be the happiest person ever. I know this was just jumping my car battery... but service like this is almost impossible to get nowadays! Also, I found them on yelp and they had no reviews so I felt I absolutely needed to write this! Thank you so much in restoring my faith in customer service and HARD WORK!! Humbly, Ada read more

I had a flat tire done and handled in 30 minutes! Easy and great service! Thanks Martie I'm back on the road!

Well I had a terrible experience with these dynamic duo for of father and son trying to get my car towed back to Chicago. The father Martin is a Condescending, arrogant person who at 1st gave him a try to get my 2014 Dodge Charger. He would not get his tow truck to tow it back to my mechanic I had waiting in Chicago. He tried every method to start my car and I was nice enough to give him water and cookies in my work parking lot where my Charger died. All he did was just talk to say how my insurance State Farm and a company called Agero screwed him and then makes me wait because of lost on coming to tow my car the day before since I already told Agero I did NOT need a tow that day. I apologize for that but don't make me the issue why you lost fuel that day. The son seem careless and irresposnible because I had told him that night I would call him but these 2 a**holes just stayed in the parking lot wasting time. I told them I was busy at work and all they did was complain to Agero on the phone getting me invloved which was unprofessional. IF YOU run INTO them with state farm or Agero Just say "NO" to these stupid useless towing business who will waste your time, make excuses, talk like you do not know any better and treat you like a scam artist. By the way gracias came over and did act like you two with your arrogant soap opera drama read more

Great communication, professional and quick service! 10/10 recommend using Martie J and Q Roadside!

My dad and his caregiver were on the way back from the hospital when they had a flat tire. I called Martie at Q Roadside (I don't even own a car) and he quickly responded with excellent advice. He recommended calling *999 to contact IDOT which provides a free service for roadside issues. He recommended them because they'd be able to get to my dad faster. He remained available to help if there were any further issues. It was extremely thoughtful for him to provide the best possible advice. I would not hesitate to call Martie in the future! read more

Martin ~ at Q Roadside went above and beyond with this girl (me) in distress. He immediately started to offer, not only suggestions with my problem, but started making phone calls to find the make/model #'s needed to replace my possible bent rim and blown tire. He cut down my hours of investigation into minutes! Because of his knowledge and kindness I became a happy customer. He popped over to where my car was ~ saying that he was just 5 min from there. He took pictures for me. Then he met us and took the tire off. He had the proper jack (ours wouldn't have been low enough to get under) and took the tire off. I then brought in to be replaced (at a tire shop). He helped put it back on too. We tipped him as he wasn't going to charge us. It's so refreshing to get the kind of help that reflects kindness in humanity. Thank you Martin! read more

Called my insurance for a roadside assistance to fix a flat on my truck. Q Roadside was dispatched, within 30 seconds of hanging up with insurance the company was texting me with their ETA... Before I could even respond to the text message I received a call from the technician saying that he was on my street. Amazingly quick response time. The tech Martin was friendly and knowledgeable. All in all from the beginning by calling insurance to tech leaving took 20 minutes. It took longer to talk to the insurance then it did for the tire to be changed. I would definitely use Q roadside again. read more

Came right out and got me and my wife out of a pickle after our battery died.

At 9 PM, on Christmas Eve, I'd had a flat tire & was stranded at a 7-11 parking lot for 9 hrs, working with both insurance & car manufacturer roadside assistance, without help being given any help. Won't go into detail, but after hours of texts/calls, searched online & called many other companies, none of which could give any help. Then, I called Q Roadside. The person answered, & though 6 AM, on Christmas morning, probably after having been out in the cold all night long, due to the storm that'd passed through the area for the last couple of days, causing many disabled vehicles, they immediately asked my location & about my situation, & said they'd be right there. Not only were they able to help, the auto service professional reached my car within 10-15 minutes; changed my tire; and brought such joy to this horrible experience. Honestly, a true Christmas Angel! I mean that in all sincerity. This company definitely went above & beyond to help me in this most dire situation & I'm more than grateful & definitely recommend this service as being professional, honest, & concerned for their customers! Thank you, Q Roadside! read more
