She ended up getting a 2nd opinion and they confirmed that her tires and brakes were fine and they confirmed that Jeep will cover that suspension issue. D & R also kept the $107 to try to rob her of things she didn't need. Now she's going to another place that is 20-25 minutes away that were honest to her. This is my first time ever feeling the need to give a business a review. I took my car in to get…read morethe power steering lines replaced. I picked up my car right before closing. The next morning I noticed a bracket sticking out the top of my hood. To my surprise it was a bracket that holds down the power steering lines. After realizing they forgot to reinstall it, I took a closer look around where the work was performed. The front right wheel well/bumper was missing a clip and flapping in the wind. There is also a splash bracket missing. All these items are parts that had to be removed in order to put the new power steering lines in. I fixed the rest of the issues myself. When I called to ask the manager if they had the missing bracket his response was "we have master mechanics here and any bracket that we take off we put back on." Well attached are the photos... I sent an email as well to see if they had the missing bracket but no response. My power steering does work fine, but everything else being wrong/missing doesn't give me peace of mind. Based on other reviews this family business, with a good reputation, was sold and a lot of the good mechanics left. I wish I had read that before taking my car there. Edited based on owners response below: You can see the two circled bolts where the missing bracket was. About 1 inch above where the bracket was is the power steering lines that were replaced. By saying "You emailed pictures of the bracket and it is not in the area we worked on" is clearly not true. It 100% needs to be removed to access the lines. It just goes to show this place will not take any blame for anything and is dishonest. I never received a call/email back after I emailed the photos. Take my car back to get looked at? No thank you. I fixed all the incorrect work myself. It's not even about the missing bracket, I already replaced it. The company's response and how they handled this situation goes to show how they are unapologetic and constantly deny something possibly could have gone missing.

They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. We talked about a lot of things here a lot of work that's been done on this car please if you have questions talk to them they'll welcome your inquiry and I don't want to mislead anyone. After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.

Long story long, but this is just a detailed review of an amazing experience I recently had with…read moreBusse Automotive, and the work done by Mark, Chad, Kyle etc. My 2010 G37x needed an oil change, so I brought it in for that. Later that day they recommended rear brakes to be done because they were at 15% life, which I said let's go ahead and do. Later that same day they said that my front sway bar links could potentially be replaced if I wanted and that it *might* resolve a rattling noise that my car was making. For years my car had a slight rattle when idling so I figured let's go ahead and do that too for ~$500 they said it would cost. The next day I got my car back from them and all seemed fine initially. But when I took it on its first trip of real distance, I noticed things happening with it that weren't previously happening: the front suspension was very noisy, large pop noises were coming from the front of the car often, and the ride quality had massively degraded. At this point, I was pretty mad to put it nicely. It was disappointing to have done an "elective" repair to my car with the sway bar links and suddenly felt like my car was heavily affected in a negative way. Next week I reached out to them after not seeing any of the issues get better (and I would say they got worse) and they said bring the car in and we'll make it right for you, which, spoiler ... they absolutely seem to have done for me. I brought my car in Thursday morning, and later that day Chad called me saying they immediately found one issue with the sway bar link installation that would be fixed. But that the other issues still needed to be investigated. They ended up ordering parts for the car to address various side effects of the work that was done. I was given a loan through this entire process (Thursday - Tuesday) and Tuesday they said come on by the car should be ready. They did quite a bit of work for me on the car during that time frame, because Kyle said they were having a hard time tracking down the actual cause of the popping sound. But, regardless of that, the effort they went through the "make it right" and give me my car back in excellent condition was truly amazing and I might never see this level of customer service again in my life from any other business. Major props for how they handled this and I can't say thanks enough. So far, so good with the car since I got it back from them. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I respect the no weekend hours thing for the employees to have work-life balance, that just means you have to think ahead when scheduling your oil changes, no biggie! The only time I was disappointed by that schedule was when I got a nail in my tire and had to take it somewhere else to get patched up. I appreciate that when I go for my oil changes, they also check the tires, brakes, etc. to make sure that the car is safe. In an "emergency," when my battery light popped on, they squeezed me into their busy schedule and let me borrow a car to get my daughter to and from school. Outside of the exemplary service, I appreciate how Busse is involved in the community. There is always a thank you note hanging on their wall and I know from my daughter's activities that they put money back into the community by sponsoring. I trust Busse with my car. I trust that they are doing what needs to be done to keep the car safe and not have me spend money. One piece needed to be replaced before the warranty on the work was expired and it was fixed in a jiffy at no additional cost to me. They always explain to me what is going on and always answer my questions patiently. As my daughter gets closer to the age of driving and cars, I look forward to her being the 3rd generation that utilizes their shop!
