Phil has even sent his guys over to my house to jump my car once and another time to fish my keys out when I locked them in the car. He didn't charge me for either time (I made them cookies and am writing this review.) This is a good outfit.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAWK'S TOWING SERVICE + MIKE, the professioal who came to our rescue and aid after…read morewe blew out a tire on the 294 Tollway! MIke came to our assistance quickly in a very nice, clean truck. He is very professional and personable, with a soothing manner during what wa a very scary experience with Mac trucks whizziing by us on the shoulder at 70+mile / hour. First on the scene was Hawks' large semi (the size of a commercial moving van) which parked behind us and placed bright orange "warning structures" on the ground to warn the oncoming traffic to slow down becuase there was an "accident".. As a result, my elderly mother and I felt very safe and in good hands as we sat in Hawk's clean, comforatble tow truck while Mike loaded our car onto his tow truck's flat bed. Mike was especially gentle and caring in the manner in whch he helped my mother get into his clean, comfortable tow truck. We had a very nice calming chat on the way to the dealership where our car's flat tire was replaced. MIke had been at the dealership before, so he knew his way around and efficiently gave us door-to-door service. Net, net - Mike was the hero of the day taking excellent care of us and my mother's car, and he really took the edge off of what started as a terrifying experience. We are very greatful for our safe, excellent experience! Thank you VERY much Mike and Hawk's Towing!

I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.

GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR CAR REPAIRS!!!…read more I've been seeing these guys for quite some time now. First it was with my 2005 Dodge Neon. Routine maintenance here and there. Then I got a Toyota Yaris 2007 and have been seeing them for other odds and ends. My last visit to the shop just a couple days ago was to get my car ready to go on a trip to New York. The guys replaced my front brakes/rotors, replace my back brake shoes, replaced my serpentine belt, put air in my tires and refilled my washer fluid. Toyota quoted me in the $1200 ball park to have all those things repaired. The shop did it for around $400, give or take. They show you exactly what it is wrong with your car so you know you're not getting ripped off. Super friendly, great customer service. They go the extra mile to get you the best quality parts. Labor and parts are warrantied. So if you have any problems, you can bring it back with no problems. Go here. These guys are great!
