While the driver who showed up was great and ended up jumping my car with no problem, the company charged me $157(!) for a jump! At first they wanted to charge me $180, but the driver said to call dispatch to tell them I didn't need a tow, just a jump. (Even the driver thought the charges were crazy). The dispatcher told me that because the driver had to 'do electrical work on my car' and 'manually restart my key fob' that constituted as mechanical work and they had to charge me for it. The work in question? The driver inserted my key fob into the ignition. That's it. And for that I had to pay $157.

Not counting the wait time being 3rd in line, when it was my turn, tire changes, they got me in and out in 15-20 minutes with a great price on a new tire and a warranty too. Just note, you only enter from Clark then exit out back, which honestly great flow of traffic, makes it easy. See y'all for my fourth visit in the future!

I had 2 Yaris's, both requiring special size tires, which has to be ordered. At Costco we were told it would be a week before they would have them, Clark Tire had the next day. When I knew we were due for new tires, I would just call them, and they would be there the following day, no down pay, no hassle. When we bought our current car (used) we knew it needed all the tires replaced. The dealership only had one brand that was $750 per tire. I got 4 brand new tires from Clark for a grand total of $550. And they had them in stock. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and no one has had any complaint. They praise the quality, service and value they provide.

Then tells me him and his twin are big BMW guys... Shop lies. Brought my car in for a t-bone passenger side only non liable accident. They have ZERO QA PROCESS. The shop called me 5x's to come get my car only to find nobody checked the work. 3rd time they damaged my car's front end. My car's original issues were solely on the passenger side. They're a preferred State Farm body shop so they have lots to lose. They even rushed the cover-up repairs for the front end damage they attempted to blame on a tow truck. Am I a spurned customer? Absolutely. But I've got objective proof. Check out my pics before you ever do business here.

Very unprofessional, they lack customer service and empathy. I recommend you take photos of your car before bringing it here.

I visited Euro Collision of Rogers Park intending to get a comparative estimate for repair work and…read morewas immediately put off by the experience. The receptionist informed me, in a dismissive and unwelcoming manner, that they charge a $30 fee just to provide an estimate and that appointments are required in advance. I see now why their reviews are so low. Charging customers simply to quote repair work is extremely unusual in this industry, especially when many reputable collision shops offer estimates freely as a basic courtesy. This creates the impression that they are more interested in extracting money upfront than earning business through service and professionalism. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this interaction left me with zero confidence in their customer service or business practices. I took my vehicle elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and provided a free estimate without hesitation. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.

I usually HATE going to new places to do sort-of-major work on my car since, well, you know... I go into the shop and first thing I get is a great greeting; unexpected, and asking what I might need. Oil change. Maybe.. Gas? "Not a problem!" and Rob (I think that was his name) grabbed my keys. At this point my day was made. Done. Smile ear to ear. Short talk - but extremely to the point and helpful. After my oil change I pulled up to the pumps and James (the guy at the counter) came out to help me! Now THATS what I call customer service! The whole process not only took less than 25min but my day was made, and it felt a little less strenuous on my well being. Car has been running smoothly ever since. Ed answered the call and sent one of his best truckers-- someone patient and composed even in the most agitating and inefficient impound lot situations (that being Sacramento Blvd, Lot #6, on a Saturday afternoon). At that impound, bureaucratic hurdles and a long wait at every step prevented Ed's tow operator from taking his next tow jobs, but they remained professional and understanding of these circumstances beyond our control. Ed was communicative throughout and accommodating of unique situational needs such as obtaining on-board dash camera footage. They took great care with my car, loading and unloading it, and great care of bikers/pedestrians/buses/etc. driving through downtown (I had to ride in the tow truck since the City's improper and illegal tow of my vehicle had damaged it). I highly recommend and trust this service - in an industry where trust and reliability are so rare.
