Fonzos was the only one up to the challenge. They arrived on time, and when each solution did not work (due to mechanical issues, condo association rules, etc.) they stuck it out and tried different methods, spending hours, until they were finally able to push the vehicle on dollies and winch it up a ramp and out of the garage, where it could be loaded onto their tow truck. From the moment the technician showed up, it was clear I was dealing with a true professional. He knew exactly what he was doing, worked efficiently, and handled the situation with confidence, which immediately put me at ease. What stood out even more was the level of courtesy and care. The technician was extremely polite and respectful, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Since it was cold outside, he actually encouraged me to sit somewhere warm while he worked on my car, which I genuinely appreciated. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a stressful situation so much better. I highly recommend Demi Roadside Assistance for their fast service, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers. A personal go to from now on. Thank you

I had to get my car towed on December 4, 2025 (I have a receipt). The 2 stars is for promptness and…read moreservice that day. They answered the phone right away and sent someone pretty quickly. I had a pleasant interaction with the tow truck driver. However, I was a bit alarmed when the next day my mechanic called and asked me where the car was. He said he had left the shop for the day and didn't see it there which made me panic a bit. I called the towing company and the person who answered said the driver would call me back. He never did. My sister, who lives closer to the shop, drove over that night and discovered the car way down at the other end of the lot. My mechanic had to push it down to where their shop is the next day. Fast forward to submitting the receipt for reimbursement. My insurance company said they don't often see prices this high. I am right around the corner from where the towing company is located (0.3 miles). I was parked right next to my house on a side street where there were no cars parked in front of me. It is not a dense area. It was not a difficult situation. The tow was 9.1 miles. It was $295. I did not realize at the time, but this is high. For reference, my sister is getting her car towed 30 miles today (similar area of the city, also 4wd similar type of car, but over 3 times as far) and the cost is $360. And this other company has to travel further to get to her. I would recommend calling around because you can certainly do better on pricing (I feel I was taken advantage of) and they failed to follow up on a panic-inducing issue. I was left to locate the car on my own. In the future, they should consider having the driver confirm with a photo (or two) where the car was left.
