For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. But that was some time ago. Those people are now retired or have passed on. So I'm left to my own resources, asking around and internet research (reviews.) I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). However, when I opened the app, it let me know that Ogden Automotive Center had not left any instructions at all on how to pick up the keys to the truck. After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. After Driving off my dash lights up like a christmas tree. Check Abs, check brakes, power steering, plus a few others. All these lights came on at the same time. This had NEVER happened before and just so happened to start RIGHT after they did the work. I brought it back immediately. Wayne's guy in the garage proceeds to gaslight me and say these lights have NOTHING to do with the work that they did and that it was a computer issue. Lies. These lights have lit up my dash for months. They come and go. Another mechanic verified that this was the result of poor work when changing my brakes and now it is really expensive to fix. And now that the sensor for my abs is messed up, getting other work done on my car triggers more related sensors. Now tmps is going nuts as well. My car had ZERO computer issues and ZERO abs issues before theh did my brakes this last time. They should be responsible for these repairs! But they proved to be dishonest! If you make a mistake, OWN UP TO IT! I can respect that and have been loyal for years. Wayne is great but the guys in the garage really screwed me this time and tried to make it seem like they didn't. For this I will NEVER patronize them again and don't recommend that anyone else do.

Not the shop's fault. However, when I went back the next day, after I paid and signed for the service, I discovered that only some of the tires had been installed. The spare and one of my regular tires were still sitting on the shop floor. I have no idea how this vehicle was marked completed. I walked home two miles. I went back the third day, and found a mysterious extra part in my trunk, gouges on the spare rim, and an alignment report (not sure whether it was done a second time, or never done in the first place) with out of band results and differences of as much as a degree between the right and left sides. I also have reason to believe they operated my soft top, for which there is no valid reason. The car drives, and has wheels, but it was not a confidence inspiring experience. Instead of leaving excited about my new tires, I left concerned about what may or may not be broken about the car, and how fast it will chew up those new tires. I'll probably have to pay my regular mechanic for another alignment just to make sure it's done right.
