They are, without question, the best mechanics I have ever worked with, and I will continue recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate mechanic. My experience with them started when the catalytic converter was stolen from my previous car. I was incredibly shaken up and overwhelmed by the situation, and they went above and beyond to help me. They came out, helped get my car towed, walked me through the replacement process, and made sure I could get a protective cage installed to prevent it from happening again. Their kindness and professionalism during an incredibly stressful situation meant the world to me. One of the things I appreciate most about Auto Haus is the respect they show their customers, especially women. Unfortunately, I've had plenty of experiences with male mechanics who talk down to women or assume we don't understand anything about cars. I'm an educated woman with a master's degree, and I know enough about cars to have an informed conversation. I don't need to be talked to like I'm clueless! At Auto Haus, I have NEVER experienced that. They explain things clearly, answer questions honestly, and treat me like an intelligent human being. That alone is worth its weight in gold. More recently, I purchased what has turned out to be an absolute lemon of a car. The engine blew, and because of Carvana's warranty requirements, I was forced to take it to a different mechanic rather than Auto Haus. Despite not being the shop doing the repairs, Auto Haus STILL took the time to talk me through the situation, explain what I should know, and help me advocate for myself. Fast-forward a few months, and the REPLACEMENT engine blew too! The other mechanic has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, but Auto Haus has continued to be an incredible source of support. They've given me advice on how to navigate the situation, what questions to ask, and how to hold the other shop accountable. I've even brought my car back to Auto Haus to have them inspect the work done elsewhere because they are the mechanics I actually trust. Think about that for a second. They are helping me navigate problems with repairs they weren't even allowed to perform! That is the kind of integrity, compassion, and dedication to their customers that you just don't find everywhere. Auto Haus has earned my trust over and over again. They are honest, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely good people. They don't just care about fixing cars; they care about the people driving them. Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

I had been taking my car around to a few different shops in the area, and wasn't really having any luck, so I was pretty exhausted by trying to explain everything, but right away, they were just like "we'll just do a full inspection of everything!" I wasn't fully confident that they'd catch much (as other shops had not been able to catch anything going on). I took the car in right as they closed on a Wednesday, and by like 10am the next morning, I was sent a link to TekMetric - an app they use to document their entire process, including photos, diagnoses, and individual notes from the tech. The total on the repairs was MUCH higher than I anticipated, and I was a bit freaked out, but when I called them, I spoke with the person who inspected my car, and we went through each item individually over the phone, and discussed what was immediate safety concerns, things I SHOULD do but could get away with, and things that are more preventative measures that will need to be addressed down the line. They were very upfront with me about the timeline, which was a very quick turnaround. I've seriously have never been so impressed with a shop before. Their labor cost per hour was a little bit higher than what I saw from other local shops, but honestly, for this level of service, and how confident I was moving forward with the work, it was worth it.

When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. The repair cost seemed fair, though on the higher end of the expected range. One issue came up afterward: when I picked up the car, the tire pressure light was on. I initially assumed it was nothing serious, but by the following evening, one tire was completely flat. To be clear, I understand there's no way to know for sure whether the tire was damaged while the car was at the shop or while I was driving it home or the following day. I genuinely acknowledge that uncertainty. That said, the timing concerned me. I took the car to Just Tires, where I had purchased all four of the tires in 2022. I was told that the flat tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Replacing two tires, which is fairly typical (depending on tread wear and matching) was recommended. The total cost, including tax and installation, was about $575. I discussed the situation with Ken Papas at Ashland Tire, and I appreciate the way he handled it. He didn't dismiss my concern, but he also fairly pointed out that neither of us could pinpoint when the damage occurred. He offered $150 toward the replacement cost, which I accepted. I think that was a reasonable, good-faith gesture, even though covering the cost of one tire would have felt more satisfying. I'm leaving a positive review because the exhaust issue has been resolved (so I assume the original repair was done correctly) and because Ken handled an uncertain situation professionally. I'd consider using Ashland Tire & Auto again.
