I Was recommended to this place by CarMar; I will never take another reference from them ever! This is not a reputable business! However, I was in a hurry to get my vehicle fixed and they could not fit it in their facility; with a reference from CarMax, I thought it would be okay. I will never doubt my first impression of a busness ever again! This is the worst repair shop I have ever encountered and I am considering sueing them! They ran out the gas in my vehicle and I truly believed they did not replace the transmission like they said! The car was dirty when it was returned also. I will be reporting them to the states attorney's office for comsumer protection. Again, "Do Not Do Business with B and G Auto Repair in Harvey, IL! I am a disable veteran and I take service seriously! Also, beware of their finance practices and read everything throughly if you do consider having work done there. The guys here do great work! Had fender damaged to both sides of my truck, and they got her back into tip top shape. Although the work time I was initially turn out to be a bit longer it was worth wait for such excellent work. Throughout the whole experience the owner spoke with me personally to keep me updated. Very friendly and accommodating with great budget friendly prices. I definitely will use them again should the need arises. read more

This business consists of liars, money grabbers, and horrible diagnostic services. I trusted this business with my vehicle and not only did they misdiagnosed it, but AFTER I got my vehicle back my check engine light came on, and it was never on my vehicle prior to me bringing it in for service. I believe these people did something to my vehicle out of spite because i questioned their lack of professional services. I regret bringing my vehicle to this establishment and now I sought to make sure they're held accountable for the for their horrible services. My car had to be jumped daily maybe twice a day sometimes. I took it to the dealer Kia and they couldn't find the issue after leaving my car there for days. However, B &G they found the issues because there were 3, and of course my extended warranty didn't cover any of it. B & G worked with me to find parts I could afford and got me back in my truck before Christmas. The staff is amazing the customer service is amazing. i contacted this establishment because they were listed in my area. wrong!! they have moved out to south holland, no longer in calumet park. went there to have my vehicle repair. sat there 4 hours for them to complete the job, paid the bill, left. one week later my car broke down again. call them and return, but ofcourse he, the owner was on vacation. why did he have me come up there n he knew he would not be there. have repeatly tried to fix this dispute, but no avail. services guaranteed is a joke!! first he lying on the website,not in the location it saids,2nd not a man of his word. 3rd guarantees not guarantees. when u don't honor your word. fraud!!fraud!! read more

I called B&G and they arranged for the tow, kept us informed on everything, repaired the car and got him back on the road that afternoon. I was in an accident! My Mercedes GL450 bumper was completely smashed! I took it here and they assessed it immediately. They were very accommodating and worked close with the insurance adjuster to fix my vehicle in a timely fashion. Their prices were very competitive! I was concerned about the paint matching but when it was complete I couldn't tell the difference. They even detailed my entire truck inside and out as a courtesy!!! Love love love the place.
