Already emotionally and financially strained--in the middle of relocating from Chicago and waiting for relocation assistance--I was devastated. Other body shops quoted me around $7,000, which felt impossible. Then, I was referred to José Ramos by a friend from work (in custodial services). From the moment I met José, I felt a sense of relief. I explained my referral and my situation.
